Training at Vantage has given me deeper insight into the process of breaking it down into its components before teaching the lessons. I gained a better understanding as to why English can be difficult for students because the course covers what we do consciously and subconsciously.
I had a comprehensive though intensive learning experience. Coupled with the teaching practices in actual classrooms, I was given the chance to try and apply what I learned. That’s how I think is the best way to internalize skill sets as well as handle dynamic environments.
