As an experienced teacher in Canada, I want to live and work abroad so I decided to choose an accredited TEFL 120- hour online course which was not excessively expensive and well built. .I recommend this course to help future teachers. The lessons and tests are well organized and I was never lost to find where I left few days ago. You can learn all you need to become a good instructor.

My experience with myTEFL has been extremely pleasant. Firstly, it is affordable. The structure of the course is easy to work through and the content is well designed and digestible. The site has sufficient resources and templates that can aid you while teaching.

They provide job assistance which I am yet to try but I am highly appreciative of this service. The customer service is 10/10, they are so kind and attentive to your needs . I would highly recommend studying through myTEFL!

I finished the course within a month and a half. I like how everything is online and able to fit within my time schedule. The course is great cause it does actually teaches how to teach a English class coming from no experience. I like that I can always go back and review the lesson plans after completing the course. Overall I am satisfied and can’t wait to use myTefl degree in action. The course is accredited too so I’m hoping it would be easy to find a job. They do have job recruitment programs if you wanna take that route through the site.

As an experienced teacher in my own country I dreamed to live and work abroad so I decided to choose an accredited tefl course provider to take a step towards my dreams. I found myself in a place where I needed a change, looking for a career that gives me other options. So I decided that I wanted to certified myself to be able to teach online or abroad. I had the privilege of taking the 140h course that they offered, it was a very good course. I found it well detailed, as well as it has incredible resources for further development on my tutoring/teaching path. They also provide good information on employers, and what qualifications you might need. I do not have a Bachelors Degree so it has been very helpful for someone that doesn’t have that.

The staff was very helpful and they still currently are as they provide assistance for life. I have inquired about going abroad, they have good detailed information on the process and the staff are prompt to reply any inquiries. I am looking forward to have some experiences with the company, and use the services they provide to try and go teach abroad.

I fully recommend this course to anyone that is looking and is committed to expand their horizon, or for someone who is looking to work at their own time and make their own schedule.

Wonderful program! Being a full-time mom and already having a full-time job, the flexibility to be able to take courses in my own time was essential. This program provided exactly what I needed!

There were a lot of TEFL courses to choose from, but I’m glad I chose myTEFL! They offer a recommendation letter at the end, which is unique from other programs.

For this program, you’d read a section, then take a quick quiz to check your comprehension. Some of the quiz questions could have been worded better, but it was a good way to check if you actually read the content. There were a lot of lesson plan examples, as well as ideas for you to use in your own lesson planning.

Overall, it was a good program! It was straight to the point and taught all the basics that you’d need to know in order to teach English.

Outside of the program itself, customer service is fantastic. They got back to me quickly when I had a question and were incredibly friendly. They offer job search services as well, so if you’re looking for that in addition to a TEFL certificate, definitely go with myTEFL.

What I enjoyed the most about this course was how accommodating it was to me as a busy adult . Because it was predominantly reading, I was able to take my time and reread material I didn’t quite grasp the first time and zip through material that understood right away. The language in the course was very straightforward and easy to understand unlike many textbooks I read throughout my school years.

I will say that the course is approximately 99% reading and one should be careful with the examinations after every section as some of them have what I felt were trick questions that weren’t fully covered in the text and will require some critical thinking skills.

Overall, I recommend this course to anyone who is self-motivated!

I am 100% satisfied with the MyTefl course, it was extremely clear and well planned out. The process to apply was simple, and the price was competitive. When I needed help, the chat feature was very useful and someone was there to help instantly.
