This is an excellent course for becoming certified in TEFL. I had looked into various courses, but this one seemed to check all the boxes. I logged onto the course in my spare time and was able to complete it in a timely manner and gain a thorough understanding of the material. This course was very thorough in preparing me for a language teaching job. I am grateful for this course being offered online where I could complete it at my own pace.

I had so much fun learning the practical and academic sides of teaching English to foreign language learners! I have a background in classroom teaching and have taken a lot of linguistic courses through college. Coming from that angle, I would say this course gives a very practical understanding of lesson planning, classroom management, and all of the linguistic details needed to teach grammar, pronunciation, and differences in learner demographics. If you don’t have a strong background in the technical aspects of teaching and language, I would recommend spending more time researching. I look forward to doing this just because it is so interesting to me!

I feel this course is very complete and I’m now ready to start the process of gaining employment and acquiring the necessary supplies and means to advertise myself!
