This course is self paced with a great overview of the necessary tools and knowledge needed to conduct ESL classes either in person or online. I was able to complete the course at my convenience and proceed at a comfortable pace. The material is presented in a logical and succinct manner with constant evaluation and testing to ensure the concepts have been thoroughly embraced. From the teaching methods to classroom management to grammar, the material is presented to encompass the many roles of the ESL teacher. Included in the modules are numerous ideas for practical lesson plans, worksheets and the best methods to engage every level of ESL student. I would highly recommend the myTEFL 120 hour certificate course either as an introduction to ESL teaching or as a refresher course
