At the start of my TEFL journey I searched various websites from multiple countries across South East Asia, Kevin was the only course co-ordinator able to professionally answer all my questions and gave me the perfect first impression. The professionalism showed in our first contact was extended throughout the course and I can happily say I made the perfect choice.

Chris took the course from day one and he made it easy to adapt to a new country and culture with his personal anecdotes. He is always clear with instructions and is always trying to get more out his students which made it easy to participate and learn in his lessons. Whilst always getting through the content, Chris has a way of making it more interesting with jokes and references. I could not have asked for a better teacher to help me become a teacher and will use all the techniques he has told us in the school I will be teaching at.

Vantage helped tremendously in getting a job, so much so that I had signed my contract with a school in central Bangkok before even graduating from the course, I’m not sure where else you get opportunities like this!

I had a lot of questions before joining this course, but all my questions were comfortably answered by Mr.Kevin. Then I have decided to join the course.

The course was very exciting as well as challenging and it was Mr.Chris, who made my TEFL dreams a reality. He has taken me through the different aspects in TEFL teaching smoothly to have a clear understanding on English teaching, grammarl, learning, and managing the classroom.

Mr. Ryan also been a vital part to give an incite on the Thai culture and language.

I am so thankful to have such an exclusive association with Vantage TEFL.

There are many TEFL programs in Thailand, but Vantage TEFL caught my attention. I was intrigued after reading their reviews. So, I sent them an email, and Kevin quickly responded. As a result, I chose Vantage for a TEFL course. Kevin was very helpful. He gave me information on where to stay and about the TEFL course.

Throughout the course, our trainer, Chris, has been extremely supportive. He explained the ESA teaching approach and grammar to us. He did a fantastic job of explaining things to us in a way that we could understand. What I liked best about Vantage was when we had teaching practice with the nurses. His feedback on my teaching lessons motivated me to prepare better lessons and enhance my teaching abilities. I felt more confident day after day during the teaching practice.

Ryan also taught us Thai words and phrases, as well as the dos and don’ts in a classroom. It was very useful for me. And yes, I have learned a lot.

Yes, the course was challenging but always engaging and, in the end, very rewarding.

So, if you are looking for a TEFL course, enroll at Vantage. They will teach you how to teach, and they will always support you every step of the way.

When I first began considering taking a TEFL course a few years ago, I spent a lot of time comparing the various programmes.

My interest in Vantage TEFL Certification was piqued after reading their reviews.

I’ve contacted the course director, Kevin, and he was always available to answer any questions I had. I was unable to obtain a visa. So I asked Kevin, and he sent all the paperwork I needed to get my visa in hand. In addition to providing job support and interview coaching, the course director goes above and beyond to help students with accommodations, resumes, cover letters, and other job-related needs.

Chris, our TEFL instructor, has decades of teaching experience. He is a great role model because he displays the methods he uses when instructing others on how to teach. Even the grammar lessons were presented in an engaging and simplified manner. His teaching method is an excellent example for anyone who wants to be a better teacher.

We were well-prepared for any teaching at Vantage. Course days lasted some 6-8 hours each day and it was more intensive and challenging than I expected, but it was always engaging and always motivating. Throughout the course, Chris kept everyone engaged and motivated by the camaraderie and energy in the classroom.

We also learned about Thai culture and language from Ryan. Additionally, this programme allowed learning a foreign language, which I found beneficial!

We also learned what you can and can’t do in a Thai classroom, which I found beneficial.

Vantage will go above and above to place you in a high-quality position you’re interested in teaching in another country, I highly recommend Vantage.

When I decided to make a career switch to teaching, I set a few goals for myself to achieve within a given timeline. One of those goals was to get trained and TEFL certified in order for me to start teaching. Having been through several courses throughout my working career, I found that those courses that I attended in-person provided the most results and opportunities for me to get some hands-on practice. With that in mind I had a set of criteria that a course provider should fulfill in order for me to select it.

While doing some research online for TEFL course providers in Thailand, I came across Vantage. What caught my attention when I first visited their website was the number of awards that it has won over last few years in recognition for being the best global TEFL provider in 2018 and 2021. I got intrigued and decided to look a bit deeper into how they conducted the course and reviews from past students. This led me to get in touch with them, and Kevin responded very promptly and provided me with the details of the course, how the course will be conducted and what kind of practices will be arranged for students to get real life hands-on experiences teaching. Apart from the classroom lessons, Vantage also includes sessions whereby they will teach about the local culture in Thailand, basic Thai lessons, resume and interview skills, which the students will eventually have to use to get a teaching job in Thailand. I decided to sign up for the in-person TEFL course and Kevin was very helpful in preparing me for the 1-month intensive course by following up on the logistics arrangements to ensure that I make it into Thailand without any issues.

Even though the 1-month course was intensive and hectic sometimes, I found it very fruitful at the end of the course as I was able to put the things that were taught into practice during my 1 month stay in Thailand. The post course follow-up by Vantage is really something you will probably not get with other providers as they are very detailed in helping you prepare for your journey into teaching. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to take up teaching in Thailand to consider signing up for their in-person course.

I strongly recommend Vantage for anyone interested in getting a TEFL certification. I completed my in-class training this month and I am very pleased with the overall results. I now have the tools and basic knowledge to be able to teach with confidence ESL classes. The team at Vantage is supportive and was willing to accommodate me. Chris is an excellent teacher with many years experience teaching ESL helping us understand what we need to do to be a good teacher. His knowledge and experience were also evident in his feed back of our teaching lessons. His comments of my practical lessons help me do a better job at preparing my lessons and improve my teaching skills. Kevin was always available to answer my questions and to help me prepare for the job market.

When I first decided to pursue a career in teaching English, my main concern was finding a TEFL provider that could back me up all the way and get me prepared for the challenges ahead. While there are many TEFL training schools out there, it can be frustrating to find a reputable one that fits your needs as a student. As for anything in life, it’s important to do enough research to know exactly what you’re getting. In my case, I was looking for a TEFL course that would guide me on the right track to become a successful English language teacher.

I came across Vantage TEFL after reading about how their status as the highest rated TEFL provider in Thailand. After some comparison with other TEFL providers, I decided to visit Vantage’s website and email the course director Kevin to ask some more questions I had about the course. Kevin was very accommodating, and answered every question I had about TEFL, Thailand, and what career opportunities the certification can bring me. After many emails back and forth, I signed up for the course and prepared myself for a new adventure.

Starting the four-week course, the lead trainer Chris introduced me to a method of teaching called the ESA. During the studies, Chris did a fantastic job in presenting the material in a way that made sense for me. After every lesson I felt more and more prepared to get out in the world and make my teaching dream a reality. Although the course was four weeks, it felt a lot quicker because of how exciting and engaging each and every lesson was. What I enjoyed most about the program was the real hands-on teaching experiences I got to have at one of the local colleges in Bangkok.

After I received my TEFL Certificate, Kevin worked with me one on one to prepare my resume so it can stand out for future employers. In addition to that, job assistance was also offered through the agencies Vantage works with. The TEFL certificate I received from Vantage opened up a lot of doors and opportunities for me, and what’s great about this certificate is that I was able to use it both overseas and in my home country (USA). This program is truly world class, and has allowed me to land great paying teaching jobs worldwide.

I’ve completed the online course with virtual teaching remotely from my home due to the pandemic. It was the best career changing decision so far. I was greeted professionally before I even signed up and after a couple of interviews and emails I got the confidence I was looking for thanks to the attentiveness of the staff. The guys over there are incredible each with their own unique professional skills and character who build up a unique team that produces quality results.

The course itself is intense, demanding yet very rewarding. Even though I was working on it practically all day I always had a smile on my face and never felt any burden. The energy of the students combined with the professionalism of the course leaders was key for that. The content is broken down to easy to understand bits and is served in a an understandable manner. All questions are addressed and answered properly! I should also mention that the variety of the content was also something special. You won’t find a better place that will introduce you to Thailand and even teach you some Thai. Last but not least were the lovely nurses who were my practice students. Thanks to Chris’s training I was able to feel appreciated by my students – something that I will never forget and at the same time contribute to their English improvement.

Finally I want to once again outline the positive attitude of all the Vantage TEFL staff. The guys work their hearts out and it’s no wonder they are at the top of what they’re doing. So, to anybody who’s reading this I say – if teaching is what you want to do, be brave and just go for it.

I completed my online course this month and enjoyed the whole experience very much. I finished this course on the side of having a full-time job. No matter how busy my working schedule was, Chris and Kevin were there to support me with any questions I had at any time of the day. The entire team at Vantage is accommodating and attentive. During the whole duration of my course, they were always just an email away and very approachable. I especially enjoyed the “observed” lessons. Chris’s detailed feedback helped me to better plan my classes, and with consistent practice, I felt more confident in each of my practical lessons.

I definitely recommend Vantage for anyone who wants to get TEFL certification (full or part-time).
