The best decision I’ve made was to complete the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) , Thank you TEFL Academy for the wonderful and professional service. I enjoyed the fun, interactive, yet challenging course . It is well organised and presented and therefor I will definitely recommend future students to study at The TEFL Academy.

I have recently completed the Level 5 TEFL course (168 hours) online. Completing anything online is a challenge if you are like me and prefer to talk to people face to face for feedback rather than online. Otherwise the course was simple to navigate, made more sense the further you went etc. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to teach English to others!

I’m so pleased that I made the decision to get my TEFL certificate (168 hours) with the TEFL academy. Throughout the course, any questions I have regarding assignments and content have been answered the same day and the feedback I have received has been very helpful. The course material is helpful and informative, it was presented in a way that was easy to follow and I didn’t feel lost at all. I highly recommend this course, not only was my experience during the course exciting and engaging, since completing it I have received plenty of help looking for jobs and developing my CV. The level 5 TEFL (168 hours) online course is remarkable. All the information and guidance is there that you could ever want for preparing lessons. The course units take you through the required areas of knowledge and skills, with frequent tests and recaps as the course developed. There’s a lot to learn, and I found myself going back over things. It is easy to do this. I was particularly impressed with the assignments, which came as near as possible to practicing and structuring what I had been learning. The reading lists were invaluable, and contain articles with further explanations and links to materials which can be used in the classroom. The weekend course cements what’s in the online course and gives a further opportunity to plan and prepare lessons. Although much of the course is about structure, it’s clear that creativity is encouraged to stimulate learning. Whilst there’s an awful lot to absorb, we’re guided through the process step by step, and I never lost sight of its usefulness.

My name is Mokgadi Letsoalo I recently completed my LEVEL 5 course of 168 hours with the TEFL Academy. Doing my teaching course with the TEFL Academy was the best choice I have ever made. The course opened up my eyes more to the language English and about how beautiful it is and how important it is for us all to learn it in order to be able to communicate with one another all over the world as it is the universal language. This course has revived my love and respect for it and has taught me new things as well as reminding me of old things that are important in terms of communicating. The TEFL Academy team are amazing, so helpful and they are there for you whenever you need them and support you the best they can and I will forever be grateful to them. This is such a powerful and positive course. Yes, I did struggle a bit with the material in terms of the activities but where i needed help, the academy was right behind me helping me every step of the way. Thank you TEFL for providing the world with such an amazing course.

I’m currently living in China and teaching. My TEFL Academy experience was amazing. The 168 hour TEFL course through the TEFL Academy, was the best thing to do. The fact that it was online just made it so much easier. The course work was easy to understand and if I had any problems it was easy to contact anyone at the academy to assist me with any problem or enquiry I had. The practice teaching, was the highlight of this course for me. I was able to interact with others doing the course and really get into the course work but in a “class room”environment. I enjoyed working in a group to prepare lessons and practice my teaching. I appreciated the fact when doing the end unit tests if you weren’t satisfied with your performance for the test, you were able to improve it.

When handing in my assignments for marking, I always got feedback that I could understand where I went wrong and what could be improved. The prompt response from the person marking was also amazing.

The TEFL Academy would be the best choice anyone could make to be able to work overseas etc.

The TEFL course has increased my knowledge to a huge extent in lesson planning and teaching practical skills, with various strategies and overall classroom management.

The course content was broken down in manageable chunks,allowing students to build on existing knowledge and develop new skills in the area of teaching.

I especially enjoyed the lesson planing,especially the in classroom teaching.

I do recommend for more in classroom time,this has been really helpful to me.

The TEFL Academy Level 5 168hr course was excellent overall. The online interface was easy to use and the course was presented in an interesting and clear way. The practical weekend was also great, though a lot of information was packed into a short space of time.

I would recommend this course to any aspiring TEFL teachers looking to learn how to teach and gain a renowned qualification.

I have recently completed the Level 5 TEFL course (168 hours) online. The course content is reliable, organized and well-structured. The Unit Tests are valid to assess student’s understanding of each of the topics. The assignments of making Lesson Plans are challenging yet rewarding. Each assignment is “A difficult task made easy by TEFL Academy.” This is because each Unit is a reliable source of knowledge that gives the details and specifics needed for the assignments. The feedback for each of the assignments proves to be meticulously done and gives a room for improvement. Above all, the job assistance is highly commendable.

I am grateful to TEFL Academy for the wonderful and memorable academic journey. Most of all, thank you for bringing out the best in me as a teacher and for the great opportunity that awaits me in this career.

I have completed this course and am waiting for them to send me the certificate via international snail mail. If you want them to email you a PDF version, there is an additional charge. The course was more difficult than I thought it would be because I had to design lesson plans and the reviewers were very meticulous.
