I completed my Tefl Level 3 course online and the whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy to navigate and informative. If I had questions, it was easy to get in touch with the course providers. I found the extra resources really helpful in giving me ideas to make my lessons fun and interesting. I am now feeling more confident in teaching the EAL students within my school.

The process was really efficient and much effort was placed in the providing quality content for people wanting to complete their TEFL certificate. The customer service is also excellent as their responses are speedy and helpful. The feedback provided from the assessors of the assignment provide helpful and critical feedback which provides greater context of what you need to learn from the unit. The tests at the end of each unit were also very well thought out and helpful in learning the work.

The best education I’ve ever had. The course is very engaging and interactive and it offers graded assessment through which consolidates learning and gives feedback to improve. Whenever I needed support the support team got back to me very quick resolving any issues. I usually struggle to find education enjoyable, I usually get bored and struggle to concentrate, but not with this. I recommend to anyone that wants to teach English as a second language, theres nowhere else you should be looking.

I recently completed the TEFL Course and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. I was sceptical at the beginning, because the internet is overloaded with different courses, but thie TEFL course was like a dream come true. The course was well-structured and thoughtfully designed, making it both engaging and highly practical.

The materials and content were top-notch—clear, comprehensive, and relevant to real-world teaching. I appreciated how the modules built on each other, gradually deepening my understanding without ever feeling overwhelming. The topics covered everything the future teacher needs in their profession.

What stood out the most for me were the practical assignments. They pushed me to apply what I had learned in realistic teaching scenarios, which made the course feel hands-on and applicable to a future classroom setting.

I also appreciated that it was an online course and I could learn anywhere and anytime – at home, on a trip, even on a beach during vacation 🙂

Overall, I would highly recommend this TEFL course to anyone looking to begin or enhance their teaching career. This course is an excellent foundation for teaching English as a foreign language.

I have just finished the Level 5 TEFL course from The TEFL Academy and it was a good experience for me.

The course being well structured, imparted knowledge in essential teaching areas like lesson planning and grammar. I loved the fact that it was self-paced, granting me the flexibility to work on it according to my own speed. The course was not overly theoretical, as it showed realistic scenarios and made you think like a teacher. Small quizzes added some life to the learning process as well.

Assignments asked you to prove your understanding, which cemented the learning for me. The practical assignments varied in activities, and the feedback was immediate, giving you a very clear insight into your own work.

Some minor issues did come up for me from a technical aspect. I had difficulty actually getting the Assignment A template to work on my word processing software, and the link for assistance was, sadly, not of any use. Yet, I felt the learning platform itself was intuitive, and the support team was pretty responsive.

I would suggest that TTL review the content of the quizzes, to correct a few errors here and there, mainly in grammar. If there were also to be a live webinar or an optional virtual practicum for the course, this would also give a chance to really immerse interactively and obtain some real-time feedback.

The Level 5 course of The TEFL Academy remains highly recommended for all who seek a flexible and greatly acknowledged TEFL qualification. Overall, I found the program very engaging and rewarding on multiple levels.

The method of teaching from TEFL treats the students as if they were dumb, as well as the instructors. The materials are redundant, repetitive and obviously created by artificial intelligence. I use nothing of the materials as they undermine the capacities of people’s understanding. Rather I prefer and it’s more functional with actual results to go with classic and traditional methods of teaching as heavily relying on Dictionary, grammar (but where it is truly understood, not just thought as rules to memorize), and phonetics and idioms as I explain in my book “Reading the Invisible: English Phonetics from Sign to Sound” and “Idioms” where the origin and uses of idioms are explained appasionating students to English history and phonetic transformations as from French, German, Latin and Greek- which are truly more engaging than monkey games. As Linguist and previous student of Noam Chomsky, this course lacks seriousness.

Teaching presupposes knowledge, but this course does’t require this prerequisite, as everyone can afford money, buy not everyone knowledge.
