I started this course after a year or 2 of procrastinating and was pleasantly surprised at how user friendly it was and well explained.

What can I say? I know there are a lot of options out there for getting your TEFL certificate and I certainly took my time in deciding which company to go with. I’m glad I did and maybe I can save you some time in your search- The TEFL Academy is wonderful! Their courses are well-designed and packed full of useful content. Their grading system is fair and they actually give you useful feedback. Passing an assignment is not simply a matter of turning something in, you have to put in the work, which really tests you on the material. Take this course seriously and I think it will give you that solid foundation you’re looking for. Also support is responsive and professional.

I was challenged and love all the new learning. I am a qualified teacher and could not believe how much new learning there was for me.

Currently I have not started to look at job assistance – will do this weekend.

Hence I have not completed the entire review.

I really enjoyed the course. The units are well explained with lots of activities and extra resources to gain a better understanding of the work.

I found my experience with the TEFL Academy to be informative, insightful, and very useful regarding a career in teaching English as a foreign language. The overall course was fantastically set out and easy to follow. I found that the feedback that I received from the professional instructors was brilliant and at times opened my eyes to how I could teach certain aspects of the language diffrently. I would highly recommend this course.

I completed the level 5 TEFL course and it was a great experience. The course work was easy to access and work with. The guidelines for the assignments were very well laid out and made the process of completing them much simpler to understand. The feedback on each assignment was clear and indicated where areas needed improvement.

This course allowed me the opportunity to gain a valuable certificate online rather than in person, which has been hugely important during the pandemic, and has allowed to me to gain a qualification whilst working abroad. It covers all the bases from grammar to phonetics, and nothing feels left out or ‘lacking’ despite the fact that the course is online and therefore self-directed. The feedback I received for my assignments was thorough and gave me pointers for the following assessments, as well as general tips in teaching. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to find a way into working abroad or simply into education and language teaching!

I was scared to do the course at first but the TEFL academy have made their lessons easy to understand, with great lesson plans. It was a great experience. I recommend the course.
