I enrolled for the 120 hour master class option to help boost my chances at being able to work abroad and found the course insightful. Not having taken more in teaching than a teaching ESL class, certain aspects were quite useful in helping plan for a future job. It has good basics for those with a linguistic background and was quite enjoyable.

myTEFL 120 hour program was great! It was super helpful and easy to read. It kept me engaged and it gave several examples on how to teach a class. There is a full library with all the material you might need in the future and the customer service is always ready to help, very quick to answer.

They also send you a recommendation letter at the end, which from my own experience, a lot of teaching jobs are asking for recommendation letters from your TEFL program. So its great!

myTefl is an awesome program! I love the ease of navigation and lessons taught in the 120hr program. The customer service is really amazing. Seriously. They are kind and really genuine about helping you!

Tina was my first based contact at myTefl. Super friendly and kind. Vincent is really cool and chill! The course is so informative! It’s like relearning English again. Pretty cool stuff.

I can’t wait to try the 6 months intern in Thailand through myTefl ☺️

When I decided to purchase the myTEFL course I had no idea what to expect. I’m only 19 years old and with the pandemic currently going on in the United States, I thought this was the best time to earn some sort of qualification to teach English internationally. At first glance the amount of content you have to complete for the program can be intimidating, but once you figure out how to tackle the course in your own way you should have no problem completing it. The course itself is also very interesting as you get to learn all the different kinds of teaching techniques/ strategies teachers use on a daily basis. I highly recommend using myTEFL if you are even slightly interested in teaching English in a foreign country as it’s very easy to follow, not so expensive that it’ll break the bank, and it’s a pretty cool thing to brag to your friends about.

Even though I have over 2 years of experience teaching children, I had never taught English as a foreign language. Getting my certification through this program really helped me to feel confident. I feel confident in my ability to teach English as a FL because I was given helpful tips and resources throughout the entire process. I not only learned about the content that I would be teaching but I also learned different strategies that were specific to the age and learning styles of my students. I especially enjoyed that this was self paced and the sections were very manageable. I cannot recommend this program enough!

myTEFL has been a very enjoyable course to learn from. All the units put together were very easy to comprehend and self learn from. It was also great to have a tutor available to help when needed. The content in each unit was also very clear and relevant. I enjoyed the quizzes after each unit as it was helpful when it came to testing my knowledge of what I learned from the previous sections. The additional resources that they provide are also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend myTEFL for those who would like to get certified with a TEFL certificate.

The course was put together in a logical manner and was easy to navigate.

You can chat with a person if needed but ultimately it was a self paced course with little contact. This was what I was looking for.

I have just finished the 120 hour course and look forward to working with job/resume help.

I would recommend the course.

I just finished the online Mytefl course and earned my certificate. I found the course extremely insightful and useful. The explanations were clear and to the point and the assessments were on topic and also assisted the learning process. I feel like I have learned a great deal and I am more confident that I will be a better teacher having taken the course. I also liked that there are a lot of resources in the Mytefl library to use as examples. I’m excited to start teaching!

Having recently completed the 120 hour course I can honestly say that the program is comprehensive and clear in its format, instruction and delivery. As a retired educator, I was familiar with all of the components ,but found the course refreshing and clarifying, when the teaching skills were specifically applied to TEFL. The support staff for online study and the library and job search tabs offer the extra level of help needed for me to move on to the next level of seeking online employment as a TEFL instructor. I highly recommend this course. Stay focused and use self-discipline and motivation. Carve out a specific time each day to study independently and the routine will keep you on track to reach your goal of certification. Thank you to Tina and Vincent for their support and encouragement .They helped me to achieve the goal ,I had set for myself , to become an online TEFL instructor.
