I’ve been teaching English for over a decade and I mean good quality teaching. However, I was still challenged by this course and learned a myriad of new things.

This course helped me see my mistakes during teaching (helped elicit answers from students instead of me giving the answer and lots more.)

The team is very useful, both the customer team and the academic team.

What a Fabulous course, the content is just incredible. It really teaches you how to plan and deliver a lesson in clear, simple steps and covers everything you need to know from behaviour to grammar. I thoroughly enjoyed completing this course and enjoyed all the little tests along the way which helps pin point what you need to cover. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I did the 120 hour TEFL course and it was great! I loved being able to complete it at my own pace. The content is relevant and practical. Shout-out to Daniel Taylor who advised me on which course to take and provided overall assistance. Thank you!

Avoid THEM! The “180 hour course” took me around 20 hours to complete. The course was littered with grammatical and other mistakes and the quizzes that they used were non-sensical. In general, the layout of the course was poor and I really don’t feel it has set me up well to start teaching English at all.

I would not recommend taking this course. Itoi makes it sound like they have tons of jobs and opportunities available to you. At first it looks promising but once you apply it becomes clear that you won’t be making much money . I have applied for multiple online jobs throughout lovetefl, and no one as ever gotten back to me about the online jobs, I have a bcom degree and 150h tefl course. When I applied for an internship I was told that if I didn’t pay a R 15 000 deposit I wouldn’t be able to get the job. Most tefl jobs have some type of catch, this. My advice apply to the job and if you get it you can take the course.

Recently completed the 260 hour level five course. Found the experience incredibly valuable. The content was interesting and very useful. I had no previous teaching experience and so appreciated the basics being covered. The in-class hours is something I would definitely recommend and found I left the weekend feeling confident in the skills I had been building. Feedback on assignments were always prompt and detailed. Overall would highly suggest this course to anyone looking into doing a TEFL course.

I feel as though I wasted money that I did not have to start with. I don’t have a degree but a National Diploma. I was promised that I would find work online during this pandemic…I lost my job and used my last penny on this course. Only to become aware that I am the wrong race and from the wrong country. It makes me sick to my tummy to know that certain countries can just be hired work with no TEFL certificate, no degree etc. I know that’s its most Chinese school specification in most cases. But I would appreciate itoi to actually tell people the truth. Its a reality, you must be the right race, from the correct country etc……All South Africans just a FYI if you don’t have a degree don’t waste your money…. I know I will get a job overseas, because most people that fit the spec is online now. So the countries are becoming desperate for anyone….but I used up all my money so I won’t be able to pay for my flight. Its so sad….

Waste of time, money and effort.

Staff were not helpful and customer service would not even respond.

You can get more education from a 20$ book off amazon than you can from this “course”.

Find a real school and spend the money on a real education instead.

INCREDIBLE! INCREDIBLE! INCREDIBLE COURSE!

I have just completed the Level 5 – 180 Hour TEFL Course & thoroughly enjoyed all the modules.

I would HIGHLY recommend this course.

I have learnt useful skills, knowledge and tips, extending my knowledge as well as adding value to my Bachelor of Education Teaching degree overall.

The Academic Support Team has been incredible with assistance, each step of the way.

i-to-i TEFL have a phenomenal Academic Support Team always willing to assist, making the course more manageable and fun!

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Emily and Sahm, who have been PHENOMENAL in providing detailed feedback on uncertainties.

I had such a hard time finishing this course. I guess you get what you pay for, but it’s hard feeling confident about having become TEFL certified with i-to-i when the course is littered with grammatical and conceptual errors. In general, the concepts this course teaches are useful, but overall this course is a joke; there should not be spelling errors, comma splices, incorrect information, etc. AT ALL. I wish I paid for a more legitimate course; it definitely would have been worth the extra money.
