Uni Prep in Indeed a very good TESOL/TEFL provider. The quiz is simple and fun. You have to watch and listen to the videos and read the reading text to answer the questions. No final test is required. The course it took is the 250 hour diploma course for 3 weeks at my spare time. The tips are indeed very helpful and can be practically use in both online and in person English class. The Diploma Course contains 20 units. The quiz are a bit short maximum of 10 items in some unit. Some questions are practical and others are literal. I enjoyed a lot from the course. Thanks UNI-PREP Institute.

DO NOT GO TO UNI PREP!!!!!! There online courses might be easy and simple, but they have THE WORST customer service ever. Can’t get a second tesl certificate easily, they said the shipped it out three weeks ago, and I’m STILL waiting. No tracking number for the certificate. No notification that it has been shipped out. They barely reply to emails. Just avoid avoid. Avoid.

Well. I started the TESOL diploma in April. I knew I had to get a certification such as TESOL. Then I noticed that Uni-prep offered the 250hours Diploma course with a huge discount. Originally I was after just the 120hours TESOL certificate.

Therefore I made up my mind to all-in. I studied whenever I could. So I completed the course with a very high grade. I also need to thanks the Customer service staff and the teacher as well, and they always get back to me fast enough to clarify my concerns on the course and what I should do on the completion of the course.

Recently I purchased a course to advance my career as I lost my job and needed to pivot in another direction. A TESOL course seemed to be great especially for tutoring globally. meanwhile, I signed up and received my confirmation I was offered an opportunity to work at another company involving way more hours and work. This wouldn’t allow me to even start this course and I requested a refund.

The Customer Service rep was very helpful and friendly, however, the Billing Department didn’t want to proceed and refund my money ($195,-) instead they offered me to sign up for another course or gift it to someone else..! none of these options benefit me, but the company. We all are in need of support these days and I am very disappointed in how they handled my case!! please be aware when signing up you can follow through with them, otherwise, choose another company with more courtesy toward their customers. (oh, and don’t forget to read the small print, they trick you with that as well)

Good luck!

When I finally found this Uni-Prep Institute I had researched several different online classes and I couldn’t find one that compared to the curriculum. The instructor Jonathon was very educated and gave his own opinions oh how to try new things with students that I believe the students could really benefit from. I just graduated from a community college where I live and I am a late bloomer I wanted to get my Teaching degree but I realized that by the time I was completely finished with school I would be around 65 years old, and I couldn’t see any school hiring me at that age. So I decided to get my certificate for my TESOL which I just completed today. Uni-Prep has so many job leads and they tell you to apply while your still in class. Wish me luck I plan on applying to a few jobs I found, I would highly recommend this class with Uni-Prep Institute the only problem I experienced was from forgetting my password and that was no fault of the schools. Thank you Uni-Prep I learned so much.

I enjoyed taking the UniPrep TESOL certification course. I felt I received an abundance of information and instruction. Each unit provided a video/lecture, reading material, and auxiliary resources that were helpful.

I also have a very busy schedule, so I loved that I was able to complete the course at my own pace. I would recommend the course to others.
