The TEFL Academy online training tool was easy to use, gave interesting and relevant examples and provided me with the necessary skills to be an effective teacher in the classroom. Through 168 hours of online studying, I was able to learn everything from lesson planning and eliciting/ teacher grammar to tailoring the course/materials to meet the needs of varying audiences. I’m looking forward to implementing this newfound knowledge inside the classroom and can’t thank the TEFL Academy enough for helping me along in this process! I would highly recommend this course!!

Recently completed the Online TEFL Course 168 Hours through the TEFL Academy.

My husband and I were looking for a course we could complete while still working.

Neither of us have any experience in teaching, we are busy with a full career change and this course fitted so easily into our busy schedules, allowing us to study in the privacy of our home at our own pace.

When we needed assistance, our emails were answered within 24 hours if not sooner. Telephonic assistance was very polite and helpful.

The feedback we received on our assignments were informative and helpful to us understanding and improving in the other assignments.

I honestly enjoyed the course, it help me so much in the understanding of the English and teaching English.

We are both very excited to start our new lives a English teachers around the world and believe the The TEFL Academy has helped us realize a dream we both share and will strengthen us as a team/couple.

I found the online course very user friendly. It was very easy to follow. If I had a problem I got feedback immediately.

I found the whole Level 5 (168 hours) course to be thoroughly enjoyable to work through.

I thought the content was concise and applicable, as well as all the extra links to videos and articles.

The order that the work was presented in was well planned and paced, therefore I never felt overwhelmed by new information.

The feedback that was given on the assignments was in-depth and greatly appreciated.

The one criticism that I do have is that it’s very easy to miss the link to the survey at the end of the 3rd assignment which is necessary to get the certificate sent out.

Overall a very good experience.

This is the greatest course I could find!

I already had a degree on English Studies, but since you never stop learning and I would need a course of this kind to be a teacher, I adventured on this one. And I am so happy I did.

It is fairly quick to do if you are not busy at all. I almost finished the modules in only one month, then I started work and an online master, so I did the last tests and assigments a couple of months ago.

It is full of great content, and very practical. As a non-native English speaker I am a fan of the communicative method. I have experience myself the problems of learning English in Spain, and I believe in the results of this methods.

I can’t wait to find a job and start teaching 😀

Plus: it’s so cheap compared to other courses 😉

I was a bit nervous at first in taking the the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) at The TEFL Academy however from the first lesson i knew that i made the right choice in choosing The TEFL Academy as the lessons are quite simple and the assistance from the teaching instructors is amazing. I certainly recommend all to take the TEFL course from The TEFL Academy.

I studied the Level 5 TEFL COURSE (168 hours). I especially like the 20 hours face to face as I learned a lot more about grammar and how to plan lessons. It was also very useful getting to practise teaching infront of a group. The online part was good too, it provided plenty of information and links to helpful websites and I feel confident teaching English now.

What an experience! I thoroughly enjoyed myself both online and at the weekend classroom. I did the Combine Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs).

The content was clear, very factual, well presented, professional and above all, it was well structured. I am impressed by the communication via email throughout the course.

The training that I have received will put me in good stead.

I have already recommended this course to people.

I took this course (Level 5 TEFL Course, 168 hrs) over a few months. The material is extremely comprehensive, feedback is prompt, and there is a wealth of supplementary information. Excellent for the value, and I loved being able to work at my own pace! Would definitely recommend!
