Overall: I would totally recommend.

User friendly and easy to follow platform and lessons, with sufficient resources that one can use during the course and after. The assignments offer a great opportunity for application of what’s learnt in the lessons.

Almost signed up nearly 10 years ago and then was recently reminded about it from colleagues working in the ESL space. The resources were great, very clear, and great that the Level 5 course can be done at your own pace. I was able to do this flexibly around work.

There are a lot of TEFL courses out there and can be difficult to find one that’s reliable, i chose this as it’s level 5 and accredited. You can take this certificate anywhere.

Only down side was that there was a change in assignment templates and had to adjust slightly, but there were guidance and instructions around it. The feedback on the assignments was also very clear and constructive. Very supportive.

Super glad I completed this and looking forward to using this in my own work and also the doors it will open in the education space.

This was a fantastic course that really set me up to start teaching online immediately. Each module is thorough, detailed and appropriate, providing a wealth of resources for further reading should the student wish to after.

The course mixes a range of different exercises to help students learn the content in a fun and entertaining way.

Each assignment had very clear instructions and left me with no doubt that I was tackling it in the correct manner. The student support team were also quick and effective at helping me with any queries I had.

I highly recommend this course!

Course structure is easy to follow and detailed. Support from Admin and Tutors are responded to in a timely manner with clear information and/or instructions.

I have recently completed my Level 5 TEFL course with the the TEFL Academy and had a positive experience.

The units are broken down well and it allows you to work through at your own pace, which was really helpful for me as I work full time. I was able to work through in my own time and when it was convenient without any pressure. The lessons are clear, structured well and easy to follow.

You gain a lot of experience in lesson planning throughout the course which is really beneficial. I do feel like coming out of this, that I am lacking the practical experience, so am looking in to the next steps to gain this. I think if you were to book the course with observed teaching, that this would tick al the boxes!

The Youtube lectures are especially helpful and a great guide to walk you through the assignments, and the feedback provided by the support team was easy to understand.

I do really recommend this course if you are looking to step your foot into the door of teaching English, and I am excited to see where it will take me!

Overall, my experience with the TEFL Academy was great. The online system was easy to use and follow, and all instructions and expectations were clear from beginning to end.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the course!

I had no technical or other such problems completing it despite the occasional shoddy Internet connection. Progress is saved, and the material is good.

It also provided a solid foundation for teaching English.

The main focuses were grammar and lesson planning, classroom management, and various teaching methodologies – some easily recognizable from my own time in school.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the course was well-structured, informative, and engaging. I really enjoyed taking the TEFL Academy course. The materials were super easy to understand and well-organized, which made learning way less stressful. Everything was explained clearly, and I liked how the course was broken down into manageable parts.

The feedback from tutors was also really helpful and encouraging. It felt like they actually cared and wanted you to do well.

Overall, I think it’s a great course and totally worth it if you’re thinking about getting TEFL certified!
