A thorough online course which is quite intense and gives a lot of content. Various resources are also given to students following the course eg books, videos and webinars. The 10 different units tackle a lot of content and pedagogical ideas for teaching english as a foreign language. It was totally asynchronous which is sometimes challenging but also good as one can follow in one’s own time and convenience.

There is no practice in teaching in this course, but there are a lot of ideas one can apply, hence why I could only give a rating of 2. However, I think the course is structured in such a way as to give enough content and help students acquire skills for teaching even if not actually practising them.

As a whole the TEFL Level 5 course was very well structured and presented in a very engaging way. At the same time it was challenging at times.

The course content was comprehensive and well-structured, covering key areas essential for teaching English. The course was delivered entirely online, which was convenient and flexible. The platform was easy to navigate, and the course materials were well-organized. Each module included video lectures, readings, quizzes, and discussion forum. this course offers valuable content that will help you succeed in the classrooms.

Overall, I found the TEFL certification course to be incredibly rewarding and insightful.

I think that this course has given me a lot. While completing the course, I managed to improve my teaching strategies, my approach to teaching, and lesson planning. I hope I can always go back to the course and read or listen to things I forget on the way. But overall, it did help me a lot. I am still waiting for my certificate. Hopefully, I will get it soon, and another good thing about it is the many job offers that are provided.

The TEFL Academy – LOOK NO FURTHER…

When enrolling with The TEFL Academy, I was very impressed by their professionalism of their presentation and discounts offered. Wanting to teach Online due to health reasons, I wanted the best qualification I could get. TTA have been absolutely amazing with feedback within a 24-hour period when a query has been raised. The course material is of a first-class standard with so many other extras added ie. Webinars, Support Videos and so much more. Not being British it was challenging in the beginning, but I will never look back and am so very pleased that I now have my Level 5 Diploma through The TEFL Academy. In my honest opinion I would not look at any other institutions offering the same qualification.

Thank you that you offer such a high-quality qualification, and that there are top up courses available to refresh what we have learnt and provide a better teaching foundation once we have completed our Diploma.
