I recently completed The TEFL Academy’s Level 5 TEFL Diploma along with the Business English certificate, and I must say it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The company’s approach was not only challenging but also extremely professional throughout the entire journey.

The TEFL Level 5 Course is suitable for anyone aspiring to pursue a career as an EFL teacher! Initially, I felt overwhelmed by the vast amount of course material. Being a non-native speaker, I had concerns about whether I could understand and successfully complete the course.

However, my anxieties were quickly dispelled. The instructional content is not only well-organized but also comprehensive and well-presented, ensuring that even as a non-native speaker, I could fully comprehend the knowledge it contains.

I am also deeply grateful for the competent instructors and the support staff for students. The Level 5 Online Course is unique and applicable to anybody desiring to undertake the journey of being an EFL Teacher. The programme carries so much detailed material and is very easy to manoeuvre through it. Advice and links to critical research information are abundant throughout the programme. As one undertakes the course, it builds confidence and encouragement to the student to want to excel and be on the hunt for a job as soon as course is completed. Job opportunities and resources are available from start of course to motivate and assure the student of employment opportunities post completion of the course. Even though the detail and depth demanded in the course can be challenging at times but with a progressive mindset the course becomes an important value addition in the student’s career options. The demand for EFL Teachers globally seemingly buoyed on by globalisation and the desire for people to move to destinations seen as offering better opportunities abroad has this course being fully aligned to the cause of EFL teaching. An easy passage into the career of English teaching is guaranteed by acquiring this course which offers a broad range of teaching possibilities. This is a course I would always recommend to anyone with a desire of being an English as a foreign language teacher. One does not have to be a practising teacher to qualify for this course which makes it open to people with a passion for teaching but are restricted by prior career choices.

Props to the TEFL Academy for such an inclusive, thorough and world class course. The level 5 combined course has a been a really beautiful experience on both the facefo face and online platforms. From the staff’s efficiency on dealing with my queries to the feedback given on my assignments, I can confidently and proudly say I have obtained the qualification from the TEFL Academy. With that said the only bittersweet aspect of the experience would be the recieving of the physical certificate for us in South Africa. Yes it’strue that there is a postal problem however I feel like such things should be explained and discussed at the beginning so that we as students pursue the course with the knowledge at hand.

What an amazing experience. All my doubts about whether or not I’d be able to pursue a TEFL career quickly diminished from the get go. I really got confidence from how efficient the staff is when attending to queries as that set the tone for my whole experience. My assignments were marked on time, the feedback (good or bad) given was very thorough and encouraging, and the course itself very challenging. I actually feel like I learnt something. I also like the job assistance apect that the course and website offers and I think they’ll come in handy. The TEFL Level 5 Course is really excellent for a good grasp of the fundamentals. I would recommend it to any educator starting their career in teaching English as a foreign language. The content is engaging and is easy to follow. There are plenty of resources in addition to the course content, which was a huge plus. Assignment briefs are very well explained, and working on the assignments is the most rewarding part of the course. The feedback on assignments is very thorough and the evaluators do a good job showing you where to improve on your own work. Overall, I especially appreciated that a lot of focus was placed on the importance of lesson planning and preparedness for the classroom. All the modules are relevant to anyone embarking on an English teaching career. In terms of my expectations, they were all met. I would suggest to expand a little more on intercultural communication and the role of an English teacher in different countries and schools.

I personally feel overall TTA is satisfyingly amazing. The content provided was in depth with enough exploration available for my own learning to be a better teacher. The teaching practice was one of a kind, very warm and welcoming, gained a lot of insight and experience. The feedback from TTA is exceptional, outstanding, from the onset, until completion, I was never left stranded. TTA could not explain Lesson Plans more than what they have done.

The TEFL Training Academy was an amazing experience, with efficient feedback and service from enrollment, help with assignment queries right up until completion. I appreciated that whatever was advertised was delivered. There has been nothing fake about TEFL. I have gained so much more experience than what I have already acquired.
