TEFL Trainer is a TEFL Certification provider with a network of schools in Spain.

TEFL Trainer has worked with over 50 UK and French universities organising teaching internships in English, Spanish, and French through a network of language schools in Spain.

Our online course is very comprehensive with over 100 video tutorials, interactive quizzes and its 6 final exams, to be supplemented by 6 reflective diaries and 6 lesson plans. A Student Handbook is also provided after the interview.

If you choose an internship or volunteering you will be provided with all the lesson plans as well as on-site support and further training.

I had a very nice and enriching experience at the academy. I was able to gain more confidence in a working environment as well as improving my teaching skills. I sincerely suggest this internship to everyone that likes getting to know a new culture and working environment especially different from the one at home.

I have completed my TEFL internship in Madrid. I am sure that the knowledge I have will be very helpful in my future teaching. The course consists of valuable information, so efficient for those who consider teaching English. As a non-native speaker now I feel more confident and well-prepared to conduct English lessons.

I completed my TEFL training in January and I absolutely loved it. I worked from September till Jan at the Valencia school and didn’t think I’d ever enjoy it as much as I did. The school is pretty basic in terms of facilities, but the actual teaching course, the people and the atmosphere is great! Made some long lasting friends there and definitely learnt a lot from the experience which will help me in my future – whether teaching related or not. The work is long and can be at times tedious (if you’ve ever marked essays you know what I mean) but I would 100% recommend the training programme, definitely worthwhile. (Missing everyone at Idiomas247 xoxoxox)

So far my TEFL experience has been extremely valuable. The combination of living and working in a foreign country is a very unique experience, which not many people are able to do. TEFL is a great introduction to teaching and allows you to meet new people everyday. I’m sure it will help me in my teaching career.

Julia herself is a very nice yet professional lady who is always quick to respond to any questions or queries you may have.

TEFL course is a flexible and unique way of learning how to teach in EFL classroom. At the same time you are gaining experience that will be useful for your future employment. Living in another country while developing my teaching skills was a memorable adventure for me. I met wonderful people here, mentors were exteremly helpful and the experience of living and working in Madrid is unforgettable. My placement has been very enjoyable on the whole, and a good introduction to teaching. I have learnt a lot about the needs of different students and common mistakes they make, which will be very useful for any teaching I do in the future. Furthermore, TEFLtrainer have been very helpful with offering advice on settling in to Madrid, including how to get a NIE, metro card, accommodation etc.

I recently completed the internship in Madrid. It was a great experience which has equipped me with increased confidence and skills in teaching and communication. I really valued the teaching method as it gave us responsibility from day 1 and the opportunity to improve our teaching through a steep learning curve. It is a perfect fit for new teachers.

The academy also offered great support and assistance when needed. The online course was well structured and really imporved my comprehension of the English language as a whole.

After completing my internship at TEFL trainer, I noticed the way my teaching improved as well as communication skills. Julia who is a recruiter and a mentor permanently assisted with everything I needed to know starting from signing of agreements and finishing at the mark sheets.

All the course is based on the one simple idea of giving basic teaching skills as well as teaching practice at the same time. You can do your research, complete the online exercises which cover all the parts of the English language (such as grammar, phonetics, teaching approaches, etc) and practice in a classroom with a real student utilizing all new or previous knowledge you learned.

I found this course incredibly useful and smart-done since there was not anything which I consider missing or too specific.

And finally, if you’re a student your TEFL certification will cost you your time and your desire. There are no fees for students who have practical training in their curriculum; thus, you are offered an amazing opportunity to get a practically useful qualification along with unforgettable ‘vacations’ in Spain.

I have completed a 12 week TEFL internship in Madrid and I must say it was a great experience!

The teaching practice I have done proved to be really productive and enjoyable. I got all the support and feedback I needed and the work environment was professional and friendly indeed.

For me the course was a perfect opportunity to get an introduction to the world of TEFL and to improve my English and teaching skills.

I completed the TEFL Trainer Internship in Madrid last year and I had an amazing experience. I learned loads about teaching English as a foreign language and it was great fun to interact with Spanish people and to learn about their culture. The atmosphere in the school was always great and I received great support and feedback by both the school´s staff and TEFL Trainer. Not only did I improve my Spanish during this experience, I also improved my English.

If you´re looking for ways to enrich your life and knowledge about languages, teaching and different cultures then I would highly recommend this internship.
