The TEFL Org is staffed and managed by experienced professionals with over 30 years of experience in teaching English and teacher training. You’ll receive the highest standard of TEFL training throughout your transition to an English language teacher; from detailed course content to extensive support from our tutors and team of experts.

We have a wide selection of courses available to choose from, ranging from a short 20 hour weekend classroom TEFL course all the way up to our 198 hour Level 5 TEFL course, which involves a 3 day classroom course plus 168 hours of online study.

A comprehensive course with great methodology tips. I really enjoyed these three days and our teacher was receptive, competent and kind!

Our tutor made us feel comfortable from the beginning and guided us through the material well, giving us encouragement and helping us to get to grips with the technology. Preparing and delivering my own material to the class has really increased my confidence and I really enjoyed the course.

To be honest this is a fantastic course with a wealth of opportunities. However, doing it online was hard especially sitting in front of a screen for so long. Obviously when the pandemic passes it will be back to class room.

Simon is brilliant and he worked really hard to deliver the course and to ensure he covered everything. Its obvious he is well experienced and has given me a lot of tips which I’ve already began to incorporate.

Clare was a fantastic teacher – I felt I learned a great deal in just three lessons, wish I’d had more!

She was patient and calm, explaining everything clearly and concisely. Thanks in no small part to Clare, my group was relaxed and open, and she actually said at the end she’d never had so many giggles and laughs from an online teaching group!

This course provides practical guidance for online teaching, with opportunities to put your learning into practice. Our teacher Charlei was excellent and I found the course very worthwhile.

I loved every moment of our Virtual Classroom course with Elizabeth. It was engaging, funny and beneficial at the same time. It was also fascinating to get to know all the other students. The atmosphere was friendly and encouraging. Elizabeth is a very kind, polite and highly professional TEFL teacher. She knows how to make complicated things easier, and how to make you feel good in a stressful situation. Her teaching style is very easy-going but highly professional. She taught us different teaching techniques which I’ve already used with my students – and it seems to be working! Now I have a much clearer idea of how to plan my lessons. I’m very happy that I got to deal with real native speakers. And I’m absolutely happy with my course. Thank you!

An excellent virtual experience with Elizabeth who was a very fun and engaging teacher. I learnt a lot more about how to teach the PPP and skills based lessons. Her feedback about my presentations was very useful and the course has made me more likely to want to teach as a career.

I would say that I think 10 mins for the presentation is a bit short as I felt a bit rushed to get through mine. This made me a bit nervous and meant I couldn’t deliver how I wanted and check peoples understanding. I think 15 mins would be much better or to give people the option of having an extra 5 mins although I understand time is short and everybody needs to present.

Zoom was very easy to use and I learnt a lot about the software too which will help me in the future.

I really enjoyed the practicum with my tutor Charlie. She was encouraging and through her guiding I learnt some great techniques on online lessons. Her courses were clear and she was really helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Elizabeth. She is an excellent instructor and is incredibly patient and kind. I do wish that the course was longer than the 20 hours provided, and that I was able to have more teaching practice time. However all in all I found the process informative and very useful. Thank you Elizabeth.
