I really cannot express how incredible Tony was as a teacher and person in general. I was so nervous about taking the zoom classes but felt at ease within minutes thanks to his incredible guidance and just generally friendly attitude.

The entire course was so well led and I looked forward to all the lessons. Tony really connected everyone together well and there wasn’t a second of awkward silence which I really thought was a testament to what a great personality he is.

I really enjoyed the Virtual TEFL course and feel like I learnt a lot in a short space of time. Alex was an excellent teacher, keeping things lighthearted and engaging whilst also providing clear instructions on a range of teaching techniques. She gave encouraging feedback after our practice lessons – my only issue was I would have liked more detailed feedback, but in the time constraints we had it was a very thorough course.

Really enjoyed the weekend course and felt that I learned a lot! Was great to put theory into practice and meet other future teachers. I found it a little hard to focus via Zoom but I think that’s a struggle most of us are facing at the moment.

The only four stars I gave were for Course Content and Job Assistance. I thought the course content was fine, but I also didn’t think that it offered a huge amount more than the online course – the main thing I took away from the weekend was the opportunity to put teaching concepts into practice and feedback.

In regards to Job Assistance, I think Kirsty was great at making the content relevant to future workplaces – via Zoom or in the classroom, etc. I think the course itself didn’t give a huge amount of space to discussing job opportunities and that, which might be useful – however, I understand that a vast majority of people doing TEFL have a specific job or placement in mind, so I may be in the minority of people who aren’t 100% sure how they will make money from the qualification yet.

I really enjoyed the online course and Elizabeth was an excellent teacher and host throughout.

As a result of the course, I feel more confident in teaching a lesson to students and using the zoom functions.

My only suggestion would be to try and fit in more breaks during the sessions as it can be quite hard to concentrate for a few hours at a time.

I wish there was more time on the course to really hone in on skills and also to get more detailed feedback one on one even though it was very through. I think for people like myself who are unsure on a lot of things I would’ve liked to have more time with my teacher to discuss options of career paths how they work etc

I enjoyed the 120-hour TEFL course . Due to covid I took opportunity to enroll and attended virtual classes easily.The content of the course was great especially the 120-hour virtual face to face class. It was productive and well organised.

The content was presented in clear , instructed and fun engaging activities .I like interactive sessions,discussion with partner’s,class discussions ,group activities,breakout rooms and demo lessons practise.

Our teacher Charlie was Friendly, cooperative and supportive.She always give positive and constructive feedback.Her appreciational words build up the confidence of the participants.

I am glad that I took the best decision that I invested in TEFL Course during this pandemic while stuck at home . Having the TEFL qualification will benefit me in so many ways. I enjoyed the course and learned a great deal, taking from it some great ideas which I will be able to use in my own lessons.

I am very confident after completing the course.

I did 140 hour Premier combined TEFL course.

The classroom course was intensive but our tutor made it fun and engaging. Tony was an excellent guide. He maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere in the class throughout. His instructions were always clear and to-the-point. He was patient and understanding while guiding us about zoom and it’s nitty-gritty like screen sharing and breakout rooms and so on. He gave us positive feedback each time we did something good and also gave us vital points on how to improve our teaching in a real classroom environment. He taught us some excellent ways to elicit from the students and how to keep them engaged throughout the class.

The course content was very apt. We learnt alot about online teaching. He gave us some valuable tips about one-to-one teaching. Tony also guided us about finding jobs .

Overall I am very satisfied with my classroom experience.

Our tutor Tony created a very welcoming, calm and comfortable environment. Everyone in our group soon relaxed, and started the daunting task of online teaching with Zoom. Tony created a safe and friendly atmosphere for us to learn the basics, make lots of mistakes and achieve our lesson goals. I think we were all nervous, and unsure, but step by step, we all got there, and had a laugh on the way. There is a lot to learn in 3 day,s, but this course provided me with really valuable experience, on how to teach specifically online lessons.
