WORST company ever do not trust them do not give them your money!!!!!!!!!

they just lie to get you enrolled and ask you to pay and then make you chase for your refund poor service and also no call back i requested at least 10 times to understand why they are rejected me but nothing dead silence.

before i enrolled and paid i was getting mails twice a day and calls whenever i asked.

they guaranteed and assured me 3 TIMES that I’m eligible and my nationality won’t be an issue as i studied in UK but guess what after i submit the assignment it gets rejected for my nationality!!!!!!!!!!

Then i was disheartened i requested to speak to someone no reply…

Then started the chasing game of how to get my money back and also for my partner Yes THEY RIPPED ME OFF for $4k…

we’re both very stressed and frustrated i don’t know what to do

after a week of chasing they gave me refund form to fill up but nothing no updates it still says refund pending even though it has been 2 weeks of filing this form now

customer service provides no answer they says don’t know what the process is even after status change which is just brilliant so i don’t know when i’ll get my money back but i want to make everyone aware don’t get into their lies and don’t pay definitely in advance. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Avoid, the customer service for this company is rude and appalling, be prepared to be chasing up work to be marked, states one week, took me four weeks in total for it to be marked, then told to wait a further 30 days to receive my electronic certificate. Whole process is long, save yourself the hassle and go else where.

I paid in full for a Cambodia TEFL internship through i-to-i TEFL, expecting the experience they advertised — guaranteed job placement, up to $1,800/month salary, and full support. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.

Only after I paid was I informed that:

Job placement wasn’t guaranteed — they only organize three interviews, with no refund if none result in a job.

Salary depends on holding a degree, which I do not have — something never mentioned before payment.

I would have to pay for visa runs to another country (including flights and accommodation), again never disclosed up front.

When I raised these concerns, I was met with dismissive replies and threats of debt collection, despite never having accessed or used the service. The fine-print terms were only sent to me weeks after payment, well beyond their supposed 14-day cancellation window, which was never clearly presented at checkout.

I’ve since reported this experience to:

Citizens Advice UK (Ref: 672904)

Trading Standards

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for misleading advertising

And lodged a chargeback with my bank

I strongly caution anyone considering this company to read everything extremely carefully, and don’t assume the glossy marketing matches the reality.

Unprofessional Administrative Support – Not Recommended for Businesses

I took an i-to-i course in 2013, and the course content was fine. Now, as a business owner, I enrolled one of my teachers in their course. Since 6th February, I have been trying to get an invoice issued in my company’s name, specifying my employee as the student. Despite multiple attempts, they keep delaying the process. When my employee requests it, they simply say it is not possible.

It is unacceptable that a straightforward request like this cannot be handled efficiently. A company paying for employee training should be able to receive a proper invoice without difficulty. When I asked them to call me to clarify the details, they refused, claiming they cannot make international calls. If they are unable to provide proper international service, why do they offer courses outside the UK?

I do not recommend this company for training. While their course content may be fine, their administrative support is highly unprofessional. They fail to deliver essential services in a timely and effective manner.

Course content was okay. My first instructor- Georgina wasn’t helpful in her feedback and gave her minimum as if she was doing me a favor. My second instructor- Francesca was amazing. The worst though is the customer service. I had a terrible time with them and had to email and chat with them again and again to correct errors in my letter of completion or even to get my certificate. Selena in customer care was the only helpful person who actually helped me when I needed it the most. I would recommend I to I but only if you’re willing to go through hoops with customer care.

The best thing for the course is the materials I had trouble with getting feedback as they only give feedback once a week

Having said that I failed my course and decided to go with another accredited school online and successfully passed

However the material that I have received from itori was excellent and very very helpful

It’s downloadable printable so I can just print what I need to teach during that specific lesson

While the course content is ok. The I-to-I company is terrible.

I was constantly let down. Fist my purchase of the course was ‘lost’ so I couldn’t work on the course for 5 months. This ended with me having to buy an extension to have time to complete it. Then I tried to hand in my assessment, it got lost, my course expired and I had to buy another extension. Then I was so tired of waiting I tried to purchase a fast track marking for the assessment, even though I was charged it didn’t work. Through all of these system errors, customer service was no help, they were rude and only suggested paying more money. Honestly shocking experience.

After looking at reviews generally this looked like a good course that met the base requirements.

But it is a bit of a scam as it is quite hard to find the main reuirement of the course which is the assignment. They also keep it pretty hidden that it will take 5 days to mark your assignment and I imagine most of them don’t pass and then you have to resubmit it wait another 5 days. This means you have to buy a time extension which is half the cost of the course. Also it makes out like you have access to a tutor but it is not personable. There is just one at hand for the marking of your assignment. It is pretty hand-off in general. I would not recommend.

This company is a company I just wish people don’t enroll with them. I’ve been trying to cancel my course that I took with them since I lost my job and to be fair I won’t be able to afford it anymore and after I’ve seen the reviews ain’t even keen to try making means to go ahead but guess what I’ve called, sent emails, live chats no one is available on their customer service to help cancel the debit order when you enroll they’re so quick to call and request payment. I’m very different it’s shows even getting my certificate should I have went on it’s was going be nightmare.
