The worst decision ever. They do not disclose the additional fees that are required to get your work graded. I wish I would have steered clear of this “school”. Most educational facilities have a minimum grade to pass. I understand wanting to have the best teachers and deliver high quality on any certificate that you do endorse, sign, or guarantee but even a “DEGREE” is good with a C grade. These people need to remind themselves they are just providing education at a “CERTIFICATE” level. It is not a PhD.

For a certificate program, they just mark you as this “refer” to want more money. The school needs to be shut down. My Bachelor degree did not come with so much stress. Maybe an investigation needs to be done on the number of students that pass and how much money is spent on top of the course fee. The government may find out that they are apparently doing some shady business. And the number they provide in the country of your residency, do not be shocked if that does not work. It may be cheap but you better run away. They provide you with the resources to include in these so called assignments and then when you use the information in your plan, they say it is inappropriate. Can you say contradictory? Such a rip off.

Once a person has paid for your course, they will keep failing you and use every delay tactic possible just sovthat you have to extend your course. There is minimal student support and then you have to pay to get your certificate after qualifying. Nobody ever answers the phone or emails. The only time a person gets a quick response is if they think you are going to make purchase. I had zero support in finding work. Any work I found was on my own and without any supporting what so ever from i-to-i!!

The worst company to use. I couldn’t continue with my course cause I am currently unemployed. They are resquesting the rest of the money from me which is crazy and absurd. Yet they blocked me accessing the course! Please make this make sense

Please, Please, Please do research before you buy a course with TEFL I-to-I. There is almost no help and proper feedback, if you call they tell you to wait for your tutor’s feedback. I failed my first assignment out of three (One tutor says to change this, another tutor says to change it back…) I ended up asking my friend who is a Qualified english teacher and he said i followed all Questions correctly but i still failed. Waste of money and you don’t do any training with other teatchers or observe lessons. I did another course when i kept failing this one and it expired and i passed within 3 months and am teaching students already. I did not complete the course but i paid a lot of money for that course so i have the right to leave a review. PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS.

I think this has been one of the worst decisions in my life doing this course with i to i because I’ve wasted money and still no certificate I’ve paid for an extension but still no feedback and keep being told my assignment has been rejected and no reason is given and u get feedback after 2 to 3 weeks am starting to think the entire thing is a scam so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bother with it.

It is now about a month I ended my course and I wanted to give myself a cool down phase before I am writing a review.

The company has got a serious shortage on reviewers and a serious problem with communication, it is simply too slow (waiting for more than a week for response -which is in line with their internal SLA’s), most of the times not really to the point (because in writing you can easily misunderstand each other). It is very frustrating from time to time and you will feel left alone.

The course program could be done in roughly 4 weeks if the whole process would run smoothly.

With the incredibly clumsy communication it takes about 3 times longer.

But at least they have got some kind of SLA’s to respond at all and the quality of the feedback is not bad – of course tailored to their own course contents.

If you’re not in a hurry and you are able to manage your inevitable frustrations well, take the course.

Hopefully they’ll find some more reviewers soon.

I have had multiple interactions with the TEFL staff and so far I have been struggling to get the right help ,I would have to communicate with different people then still there is no communication between themselves about their customers ,twice I had to resend assignments because of faults on their end which this far I have wasted a month and a half

I’m honestly so disappointed in their service and honestly don’t have anything good to say about i-to-i…

DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM. I lost my son and couldn’t continue with the course for quite a while (understandable I hope!) but when I contacted Itoi they told me they could only extend my course for another month or pay for longer !!!! Seriously! I tried to speak to a supervisor but you can’t speak to anyone (hardly during the course to help you either !)

Shocking company that promises and doesn’t deliver so don’t waste your money or time !

I finally got an email from someone who aske led for a copy of my sons death certificate….really ???!!!

Failure after failure, no real feedback, keep needing to pay extension packs I am at an addition 30 days x 2 and not even marked the final as they are still failing me on assignment 2. No urgency or concern for the wasted money. I have a bachelors degree in education and i am still unable to get through.

The worst decision of my life to do this course through i to i.

I’ve completed all the content and assignments but unable to submit them because my first assignment was rejected. They come up with a new reason not to mark my assignment everytime I submit is. It has become very clear that they want me to run out of time and to have to pay for an extension on the course.

FIY you don’t have unlimited access to the course content. You will have to pay extra!
