The Spotlight short courses are as modern, easy to access, and as fresh as they are relevant. The course content is very good indeed, and very carefully prepared, easy to access and use.

Quality of feedback is second to none, and very thorough, always individualised and relevant, and given in a positive, constructive way.

Global English trainers are all very competent, and genuinely care about student progress and teacher development. It has been great to access such good value short, self -paced courses and I believe that any of the Spotlight courses will impress prospective employers in today’s competitive markets. I have been an EAL tutor for many years, and I have very much enjoyed and benefitted from, all the Spotlight courses, and only last week completed one more such course. I would highly recommend them to both new, and experienced teachers alike. A great way to get started in EAL, and also a way to keep your skills refreshed if you are more experienced. Resources are cutting edge, very fresh and relevant.

I have really enjoyed the end of course Spotlight zoom sessions, too. They were very professional, useful, and informative, whilst feeling very unpressured.

Take a look at all Global English courses by the way, I have completed, and can recommend some of the longer courses, too .

This course was really satisfactory for me. I’d already been teaching English for over a decade, yet there were a lot of new findings in every module. Not only did it help me obtain loads of important viewpoints and perspectives, it also motivated me to face my future students. In fact, the videos in the modules are full of stimulation and excitement. What I liked most is how various the tasks are. If every task was a very long essay, you would definitely feel overwhelmed, but the balance is so moderate that you would not lose your motivation easily. The hardest part, however, should be plan-making for your classes. This will take a lot of time especially if you are not so experienced as a teacher, but your tutor will surely help you out. Global English will benefit anyone who has a great passion for teaching, or training English learners!

Bonjour,

After completing the 120 hours course,

I decided for the 250 hours upgrade.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

I am a non-native, syllabic, old lifelong learner,

Global English TESOL+ was perfectly appropriate.

Not a pleasure cruise or bed of roses though:

Linguistics, phonetics, phonemic chart…excellent for future teaching.

Very Reliable website, dedicated tutors, rock serious professional hands-on teaching.

Louisa, William, Kerry: my 3 TESOL musqueteers.

Icing on the cake: FREE extensive job sourcing database access !!! Well done GE !!!

A No-brainer for me, just do it and teach English to the world (120+250).

I have been doing courses with Global English since 2014. All their courses are well structured with great interactive material. There is great tutor support and the assignments will help you to prepare your lesson plans in the future. Also the links that they provide you are invaluable and I am using them for online teaching. I originally completed the advanced Tesol course whilst working full time. I have recently completed the Online English teaching course which is a must if you want to teach English online. The information and tips provided are invaluable. I would highly recommend the spotlight courses as well. These are short courses on a range of subjects from teaching mixed ability classes, to teaching beginners and also the zoom spotlight course which teaches you how to use zoom whilst teaching online. The spotlight courses also provide an excellent practical session with the tutor and other students. I can highly recommend Global English as the best TEFL provider and I hope to do other courses with them in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing the 250 hour TESOL course, as I could find new insights to improve my approach to language teaching skills. I could also gain more knowledge of the subject, especially linguistics.

I have completed the 100 hours TESOL, including 10 hours observed teaching practice.

This course was really valuable. The content was very well written and progressed in a way that I was always comfortable. I feel like I have learned more about teaching practice from this course than I did through my PGCE. I feel more confident about my teaching practice now.

The instructor was very responsive and marked my work quickly and thoroughly, which helped me to complete in about ten days.

Would highly recommend a course by Global English.

I enjoyed studying with Global English. I’ve learned new ideas and teaching techniques.

My tutor sent me a feedback as soon as possible, which was really good.

I think it’s better if I could decide students’ level and age when writing a teaching plan. Because I won’t teach adults in my career.

Anyway I’m happy that I’ve chosen Global English.

The 40 hour interactive grammar course I have just completed with Global English has been incredibly useful as have every course I have completed with Global English. The staff are always helpful and quick to respond to emails and with any questions you may have. I have completed several courses with Global English and will continue to do so in the future. I would highly recommend any of their courses to friends and family.

I have nothing but praise for Global English. The course itself was well structured and broken down into segments which were not overwhelming or too challenging. My daughter did a Celta course and I much prefer your way of teaching as it seemed more relevant and practical. It was easy to apply and relatable. My tutor Denise Parker was always available to help out and her responses were quick and thorough. She was so encouraging and knowledgeable too. I would recommend Global English to anyone wanting to study on-line and after giving myself a few weeks off – I will look at some more of your courses to pursue.
