I completed the TEFL Level 5 Diploma, and found the content insightful, as it enhanced my knowledge gained from prior experience teaching EFL earlier in my career. This is a great course for anyone wanting to teach English as a foreign language. I enjoyed learning about the realistic classroom tips provided, as well as a much-needed grammar refresher for those who haven’t visited a grammar book since high school.

I enjoyed learning at my own pace, although I feel that I would have finished up quicker with a live teacher online or offline – unfortunately this wasn’t an option for my timezone or area. Still, I enjoyed the activities and tests in each unit, and helpful/realistic scenarios and resources provided.

I would have liked to have continued access to the learning materials, but knowing that it was going to be inaccessible once the course ended, I saved the information I needed. I’m very glad that I did.

When I needed admin or tutorial support, I got it almost immediately – everyone is helpful and competent, and I could not be happier that I chose this course.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The learning was in-depth and accessible with it being entirely online. I could work at my own pace and make it fit around my schedule.

I was pleased with the example videos and resources provided, allowing me to feel comfortable for my future in teaching.

Feedback from assignments was detailed, although I was unable to experience real life teaching / conversation with an instructor, though the depth of feedback and classroom examples, I still feel at ease.

I have done Level 5 course from The Tefl Academy and I am happy to say that it was a great, fun and interesting experience. I got to learn alot from the course, from improving my knowledge about the basic English teaching skills to learning new skills and techniques to teach students more effectively. It also covers different methodologies for delivering a perfect and tailored lecture according to students’ needs. Overall my experience was good as it is very easy to go through the course and learn along the way. The end of chapter tests and assignments were also very helpful for practical practice. I have tried contacting the tutor and technical support and I’m glad to say they respond very quickly and help with the queries very effectively.

The TEFL Academy Level 5 Online TRFL Course was well worth it. Accessible and well structured content, loads of extra resources for classroom use and further research, helpful assignments to practise the content and constructive feedback from instructors. I would definitely recommend this course and am looking forward to taking everything I have learnt to the classroom.

My journey with the TEFL Academy was great! I really enjoyed studying the level 5 course online and from the comfort of my home. This course was packed with the best tutor support and authentic materials that kept the experience realistic in every way. The course gave a background on the historical origins of the English language and different teaching methods that has been used throughout history, cool right! I would definitely recommend anyone to study with the TEFL Academy if you have a love for teaching and traveling.

After completing my Level 5 TEFL certificate with The TEFL Academy, I feel more confident in my teaching. The knowledge I gained is invaluable, not only in relation to teaching, but also in understanding the history of the language and how humans learn a second language, both also very important. There were many useful resources that I use daily now. The course is also up-to-date, even including an additional module about AI, which I found very interesting.
