Thank you TEFL academy, the level 5 course was great experience, I enjoyed all the tasks and assignments. They were both challenging, informative and inspiring. The course put me into the life and day of a teacher and the interesting perspective of teaching in a classroom environment. I really learnt a lot and would recommend the course as an invaluable teaching aid. Now all I need to do is go offer my new found knowledge to the world….☮️💜

Completing the Level 5 TEFL Course was a very positive experience overall.

The course covered a wide variety of useful content and resources. I would have appreciated a bit more information on how to apply some teaching techniques online.

In terms of the assignments, I thought they effectively tested whether I could apply the course content practically. Useful feedback was also provided on all assignments. I think that it could be useful to include some common comments mentioned in the assignment feedback in the course as preparation. I thought the second assignment was structured less effectively than the other two, as it required you to work across several templates at once.

It was very convenient to be able to complete the course at my own pace online. I really appreciated that answers to queries and feedback on assignments were provided in a very timely manner.

I would certainly recommend The TEFL Academy to anyone wanting to complete a TEFL course.

I enrolled for the Level 5 TEFL Course. It was an extraordinary course and it met all my expectations. I learned a lot and I am very excited to see what my TEFL future holds.

The course consists out of quality content, testing of your knowledge and instructor competency. The course provides more than enough resources. I received guidance during my lesson plans and thorough feedback after. After completing the course I received job assistance. This course has provided me with tools that will be useful in any classroom environment. This is an excellent course!

My name is Brandon Botha. I am from South Africa and I have always wanted to go work and live abroad. Thanks to The TEFL Academy my dream can finally come true. I finished the 180 hour, level 5 TEFL course and what an amazing experience. The content is engaging and very informative. The course is also very well structured and clear about what you are required to do. I have already recommended this course to all my friends and would do so for anyone else as well. I thoroughly enjoyed this course overall! I loved the ability to ‘earn’ and unlock each level of the course content, which was clearly and professionally presented. This was alot more challenging than I initially anticipated, however the thoroughness of the layout and build up to the next phase was brilliant. The assignments provided ample opportunity to practice teaching at various stages and levels. The administrative staff and helpdesks are highly supportive and responsive.

The highlight was the 10 hour in-person course which inspite of the pandemic built a sense of community and gave us insight into the practice of teaching English as a second language. The instructor was experienced, knowledgable9 and attentive. The area that needed more attention, for me as PhD student, was the lack of feedback that the assignments came with.

The jobs market direction and preparation is invaluable. I look forward to putting all these newly acquired skills to use in the ‘real’ world, one student at a time. Thank you The TEFL Academy for a truly enriching experience.

I have just completed the Level 5 TEFL Combined Course and am very happy with my choice to do the course with TEFL Academy.

The Level 5 course is comprehensive and challenging, but is presented in a format that is easy to follow and make progress. I was pleased with the level of content covered in the course.

The flexibility to extend and book in the classroom segment at a later date worked really well for me and I was able to fit the course in around my busy schedule.

The comined element was also very good in that the majority of the course was completed online in my own time, but the classroom element gave me some face to face guidance and a chance to practice teaching in front of others, which I think was very beneficial.

I was very happy with the communication from the TEFL Academy team when I had any queries, and the feedback for the assignments was always very quick, thorough and helpful, which I was very impressed with.

Overall I had an excellent experience with TEFL Academy and would recommend them to anyone interested in a TEFL qualification.

The only area I would say could be improved is perhaps more support with finding a related job after the course. Links are provided which is certainly helpful, but just an area where I feel they could provide a little more guidance.

I recently completed the Level 5 TEFL Course, which was far more instructive and enjoyable than I had anticipated. I’m looking forward to the remainder of my teaching career because taking the course was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have yet to intern or work, but I hope to keep you all updated. Level 5 TEFL course at the TEFL Academy is an opportunity for teachers to develop their teaching skills and consolidate their methods.

This course was very rewarding, and I could have access to really various and important topics for teachers, learn so many things regarding lesson planning and have a chance to submit job applications.

Imagine, all of that in an online course which you can take in accordance with your time. The most amazing of everything is that it is not overwhelming or exhausting, so you won’t feel having loads of data in a short period of time. You will have the chance to have practical implementation through the assignments, and the price is really encouraging. I advise it to anyone seeking an English teaching course.
