This was an excellent online self pace study course if you have teaching experience. It was well organised and easy to work through around my work schedule. There were useful videos to reinforce the teaching and the assessment tests at the end made you reflect on the module learning.

Good follow up from the organisation to offer additional support during and after completion. Very happy with the course!

Had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. The program was cancelled on super short notice before it was due to start after I’d already relocated (this is somewhat understandable due to chaotic covid times) and they offered me a refund or different program but then refused to honor the refund :(( So I paid them 800 pounds for nothing and didn’t get to do the course or trip

Sandra Lane is an excellent an excellent Student Affairs Manager. She is helpful, kind and understanding. Her quick response and knowledge has really helped me tremendously throughout this process. This is a great course!

I originally purchased the 168 hour Level 5 OFQAL regulated course from Premier TEFL back in 2019 but then once Covid happened, I was no longer able to use it, and since I am no longer able to be certified for that course since I never finished it and it’s been upgraded, Premier TEFL was kind enough to go above and beyond for me and downgraded this course to a 120 hour course which I am still able to get certified in! So so satisfied with their team’s customer service.

I have had a very positive experience with the 250-hour course. If you want to become an effective teacher of English as a foreign language, I highly recommend looking into the courses offered by PremierTEFL. The staff are responsive and kind, and the courses are thoughtfully designed. I want to put in a special thanks to Sandra and Aveen for their help and support in getting me enrolled and answering all of my questions clearly!

I have completed 180 Hour Level 5 Course. It was a great efficient course and I have learnt a lot of useful interesting things about teaching English and got some tips. The course is thoroughly structured and clear. Although the assessment was difficult to complete at times, I accomplished it successfully and would like to thank Sandra, Nikki, Rose, Jacob and all the TELF Premier team for their perfect support.

Start to finish first class service from Avene and the team in helping me to sign up to a course that has resulted in me getting a job online. I had some teaching experience so she recommended teh 120 hours course and it was enough to get me over the line. I did the 10 tests in 4 weeks. And i still learned some new things even though I wasn’t new to ESL. Very good people to deal with.

I completed the 310 hour level 5 course with Premier TEFL and loved it. The course content was really interesting and I feel ready and confident to begin my teaching career. The support I received from the team at Premier TEFL was outstanding and I can not recommend this company enough!

I got the 168 Hour TEFL Course 3 years ago and didn’t finish it until now. Big thanks to Sandra who is really helpful and she was even replying to my Email on her holiday. And Jacob is accommodating as well. I really appreciated the efficient work. However, The course content can be more interesting, and I would think it will be better with more videos of really ESL classrooms.

I took their 160 hr Ofqual-Regulated course and was shocked by how thrown together it felt. There were portions where it said [insert image here], misspellings, and most offensive was when I finally reached the end of the course, they charged me $60+ USD for a digital copy of my certificate as if I hadn’t paid enough already. Obscene company. Go elsewhere.
