I thoroughly enjoyed the courses provided by PremierTefl.

It covers a wide range of interests such as teaching Online as well as teaching Young Learners.

The courses are fast, effective and very well structured.

Of course the teaching IELTS and TOEIC courses are in high demand and it provides the learner with many variables – so they I have choices as to what to apply to their teaching success.

A lot of information is provided in these courses but because it is presented in bite-sized , manageable format – the learner is not bored or stressed.

I did a lot of research before picking Premiere TEFL, they already had very good reviews and now i’ve had the chance to work with Aveen and Sandra now I see why. The course materials are comprehensive and I am really learning new skills – all teachers of any subject should take this course! I’ve not used the job assist yet but i have been following a lot of the live facebook webinars that they do.

Our teacher, Michelle Benson, was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Her warm, bubbly personality and helpful tips kept us interested and involved for hours. I’m so glad I took this practical class. It was a great introduction to the world of TEFL teaching, especially for beginners like myself. I learnt a lot about different teaching techniques and got a good sense of what to expect in a real classroom/online lesson.

I was very impressed with the courses. One of the courses I’m currently taking, the IELTS course, has already helped me in my supply teaching of an IELTS class. Had I not been taking the course, I wouldn’t have known what to do? I’m able to understand the content and help the students.

I expected the course to be much more through. I completed the 120 hour course it in less than 10 hours. I am going to start volunteering virtually to tutor in ESL for a nonprofit and they accepted the certification so its completely legitimate. I have experience teaching and tutoring so a lot of the content was familiar to me before taking the course. If you have no teaching experience, go with another program. If you come from background similar to mine, this will be able to get you in the door.

My experience with this company from start to now has been all bad. I should’ve taken the first signs as a warning. The material is laughable and I received no guidance with my 290 hr course. Customer service is absolutely horrible and extremely UNREASONABLE. PLEASE STAY AWAY. You really would be better off just getting a $20 TEFL cert on Groupon.

In my opinion, the course was perfect! There were a lot of things that I learned while completing the course. Hence, the exercises were quite useful and I am definitely going to focus on using certain techniques during my working time in the future. I believe that every consultant/teacher should attend a course similar to the one that I had completed. It was a pleasure and great experience!

The 120-Hour online course without practical was disappointing.

It covers the basics of a TEFL program, but I recorded only about 30-hours of actual instruction and assessment to receive my certificate. The content was almost entirely text based and the few videos that are provided are curated content from YouTube (some of which are from their competitors…). Most of the reference publications are 10-20 years old, so I will be looking elsewhere for contemporary supplemental readings to make up for the lack of content here.

The LMS used feels like Blackboard and you can download a PDF of all of the course content to refer to later (which seems to negate the need for purchasing extended access).

I was going to purchase some of their 30-hour classes, but not anymore. They should rebrand this course as a 30-hour foundational course and create a more comprehensive 120-hour program. I do not recommend this course at the retail price.
