Great, knowledgeable tutors who provide ample support and encouragement. A friend had recommended CELT for me to do the Delta at and had insisted on my not searching for a centre elsewhere. Turned out she had been absolutely right.

Location :Right in the centre of the city centre and close to buses and metro, making it accessible to everyone no matter where you are staying, on a street with cafés and people throughout the day. I felt safe. Facilities:Spacious classrooms, fully equipped with IWB, CD players, library, study room. Available microwave if you want to have your own lunch. Excellent photocopies and free WiFi.

Staff: excellent tutors who know their job, know what they are doing and help you learn, if you are willing to.

All in all a most gratifying experience which gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. Of course it was rough, getting through all this in 4 weeks, but totally worth it! Best money I ever spent!!!! 2019 is going to be my 2nd year teaching in another country and I owe it to CELTAthens.

Doing the Celta at CELT Athens was really quite an exciting and memorable experience that has a stunning impact on me. In fact, I was impressed by our trainers’ knowledge of subject, i.e. methodology and language analysis. I also liked the guidance and the ideas they often came up with for our lesson plans and their thorough feedback on our TPs. They really spared no effort to guide, help and support us throughout the course.

I completed the intensive CELTA course in CELT Athens in July 2014. It’s been the most exhausting experience of my life so far…. and I’ve given birth! : )

However, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it! The tutors are professional, knowledgeable, and patient; they provide excellent guidelines for the assignments and the TPs and their feedback is exactly to the point. Everyone in CELT Athens does their best to help the trainees.

Despite the workload, the sleepless nights and the countless hours facing my laptop I managed to get a Pass A which, however, couldn’t have been achievable without their continuous support and reinforcement.

All in all, they helped me believe in myself and my abilities. I consider them to be my “academic family” and I’m looking forward to meeting them again for DELTA next year!
