I have just finished 120 hour TEFL course. I did quite a lot of research before choosing The TEFL Academy and can say without a doubt that all my expectations were fulfilled. I didn’t expect much but the content was well structured and complete in my opinion. Also the feedback was immediate and extensive. I have thought ESL before a bit in Asia but still the content of the modules contain a lot of very useful information. After this course you won’t struggle with writing a lesson plan.

Having a passion to teach abroad was hindered by not having a TEFL qualification despite having a degree. A friend of mine who is teaching overseas recommended TEFL Academy for me. At first, i thought the online course was just general staff, but i realised it was more than that. I took the level 5 TEFL COURSE (168 hrs) which was highly packed with insights and information regarding how to conduct teaching successfully from onset to finish. I managed to finish my online course within four weeks. To say the least, it wasn’t silver on the platter, i had to work hard in order to pass with good marks. My course mentor was very helpful and timely as she guided me through where i made mistakes. Now, that i am finished, i am ready to work overseas and transfer my knowledge. Thank you TEFL Academy for helping me to open overseas doors. i can recommend TEFL academy to anyone anytime because they offer the best service which is value for money. Another thing i love about TEFL Academy is they help their students for placements and jobs. Anyone who wants to teach overseas, try TEFL academy, you wont regret it.

I just completed the 120 hr. TEFL course and am very pleased with all that I learned from the course. I enrolled for the course expecting to get a general overview of TEFL, but as I completed the modules I was surprised at how much content was introduced. The modules covered a lot of material in a very organized manner, with quizzes and tests given throughout the course to reinforce learning. Although I have both a B.A. and M.S. in Education, I feel like I learned a lot about preparing detailed and interesting lessons, and would suggest giving more practice in lesson planning as part of this course. I would recommend this course not only to students looking to teach overseas, but for anyone who would like to strengthen their English skills and teach English to non-native speakers.

I did the Level 5 TEFL 168 hours online course and it is the best decision I have ever made. Before choosing the TEFL Academy, I did a lot of research online to find the most suitable online organization to do the course with. I thoroughly read through the TEFL Academy’s website and was satisfied with the details provided, hence I proceeded in signing up for the course with no regrets.

Firstly, the course online platform is well structured, organized and very easy to use. The Units are detailed and provides guidance through the short quizzes that are provided throughout the course. The links to materials provided at the end of each Unit was also helpful. The topics covered were relevant. By the end of the course, I felt like I had taught English as a foreign language for years though I have never taught before.

I am now more excited and confident than ever to enter the classroom after doing this course.

I liked that you explained all needed. You as well offered additional sources, it helped me a lot in preparing classes. Now when I don’t pressure to finish with all fast, I’ ll go through all course again. I find many useful tips, assignment were not easy to do, but I helped to apply what we’ve learnt to practice. At the end I think I know much more. The only small stuff that stressed me was waiting for mark little bit longer since I have a deadline from boss. Review and help of tutors was great. You could understood they really reviewed it and gave good tips. As well possibilities for jobs, and not high price for course is great studd.

I have just finished the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) online course. I truly enjoyed the course, on my own time, information is clear and I believe it reviews all the basic skills a teacher needs.

The 3 assignments are challenging, but if you take your time, it shouldn’t be a problem to pass them. My only concern was about the grading delay, each time it was late due to a busy period.

I have just completed my TEFL course online (168 hours) . I really enjoyed it . It was very helpful and improved my teaching skills . Before starting it I felt skeptical but I can say that it was the best thing I have done. It is very useful and well structured . I hardly recommend it to everyone.

I took the Level 5 168 hour TEFL course. I enjoyed this course a lot. It is very inexpensive compared to other courses but you wouldn’t know it by the course material. The site is beautifully designed and very intuitive. Anyone can navigate the site regardless of computer proficiency. The material is comprehensive and thorough. This is not a course you will be able to blow though in a couple of weeks without learning something. The assignments are very challenging and do a really good job of preparing you for what you will be handing should you get a job teaching english. A lot of people will say they got through this course in 6 weeks. This is doable. The individual lessons dont take as much time as they are projected to, however, you should take the time if you have it. It is a great opportunity to learn things you weren’t taught in school or what you may have forgotten over the years (lexical sets anyone?)

I currently have a job interview in the Czech Republic and am excited to start a new an exciting journey. Take this course. They are legit.

I entered the TEFL course not knowing what to expect. It was a big change in direction and I have no background in languages or teaching. As. A result, I was apprehensive about the course, and wondering if I’d be able to understand. However, in between the online learning portions of the course and the seminars, everything was very clear, and informative. I was able to complete the course in the timeframe of 2 months I had set for myself (before I’d be too busy due to other pursuits), and furthermore, complete the course to a high standard. For anyone who has an interest in TEFL, I would recommend the course.

Note that I can’t speak for job placement at this point, having not looked, so the 3 star review of this section is merely out of a lack of information and experience.

Hello everyone. I wanted to work as a teacher abroad but all employers which I tried to find wanted TEFL certificate. Thats is why I was starting to search good course in the internet.I was looking over many offers and eventually I found this site . I look all very carefully and really like the reviews of other students and their stories of new work and new experience in other countries. By the way, this TEFL course offered good discount so I tried.

For my opinion, all parts of TEFL course created in a perfect way. I get really an extra knowledge and new experience.If I had any questions or problems I should only wrote an e-mail and within short term I got the answer.Also, when I was doing my lesson plans ,teacher ,who controlled my work , gave me correction very professional and immediately.

What is more, I would like to note that I really busy person and during my education at the TEFL Cours I was working at the other job and did not have time to finish my work at the right term. I bough extra time for finishing my course and it was really very convenient for me.

Thats is why I recommend everyone to join this course .

There is only one problem with which you can be faced . There are near 70% of employers who offer and prefer native speaking teachers. But never give up and you will find your dream work!
