Course was very interesting and informative. Simple to understand and straightforward instructions were used throughout. I did feel that at times there was too much reading and that some concepts could have been explained through videos. I haven’t used the job placement services yet but based on the professionalism of the rest of the course, I am very hopeful.

I enjoyed doing this course in my free time. Guidence and assistance was always available when requested. The module content was fairly detailed and easy to understand prior to each module test.

I am happy that I could finish this course in the given time to complete it, also being able to have the practical teaching with a tutor. I am now looking for places to teach and have an adventure. The guidelines of the TEFL Academy is certainly of good help when it came to building up my CV and completing the assignments. At the end of the course I needed some help with the deadline but the academy was kind enough to extend the content of my course by a week. I am genuinely impressed.

It took me a while to complete the course but if I had prioritized it I could have finished in a couple of month. The school was great about giving me a (paid) extension. The modules were informational. some could have been merged, making it less work. The school is good at returning your emails and answering your questions. Because I was online I didn’t have any practice teaching. I just received my certificate in the mail which only took a couple of weeks to get to me. I wasn’t to impressed with the job boards that the school provides as most are the same ones I have viewed on my own online. The CV and cover letter they provided should be helpful in finding my first job.

the course was easy to follow and I always felt that there was more than enough support from staff and facilitators. Completing the course gave me so much confidence in my teaching abilities and the face to face training helped practice and taught me so much about classroom situations. Would definitely recommend the course to everyone.

For the amount of hours, the content on this course was well-rounded. The essentials of language teaching were thoroughly covered as well as well as extra notes that a teacher could utilise to make their classes distinct, like examples of freer-speaking activities.

The teaching practice during the classroom course does well to replicate the pressures of teaching a real class. However these classes were a little too long and could be spread across more days. Nevertheless our instructor was really good at motivating us throughout both days.

Course feedback on coursework was prompt but not detailed enough for me to learn where I fell short of the mark.

The course is packed with useful resources, mainly online, the only problem being that the volume of content can make it difficult to separate the useful resources from the less useful.

I completed my TEFL course 120h and I’m extremely happy! TEFL academy was an excellent choice. First of all, the content we learned and worked with was very useful and enriching. We were given lots of tools, and webpages with great resources I personally didn’t know about. Secondly, the activities from the workbooks were easy to handle with, clear instructions. Finally, the final assignments gave me the opportunity to reflect on teaching. I definitely recommend TEFL academy!

I was quite scared about my future and I wasn’t sure what it was that I am wanting to do for the rest of my life, it is quite a massive decision.

Only until I met someone who has taught in Vietnam, now currently in Span. She said it was the best thing that she has ever done, not only getting to work with kids but also all that the job has to offer you, how easy it is to travel and make money.

I decided to talk to some more people and everyone had the same thing to say, IT’S AMAZING. I moved back to my hometown, decided to take the course and boom! Done! I am very excited to see what this holds for me.

Thanks for the amazing assistance.

Have and would still keep on recommending The TEFL Academy to everyone!

I needed a TEFL certificate to teach English in China… I had a good experience with little to no problems. The course is straightforward as long as you put in the effort. The in-class training was the most enjoyable part due to having a great instructor. I recommended my friends to take the course.

I was pleased with my short-course with The TEFL Academy. It went by pretty smoothly: the course-materials; short welcome videos at every start of a new module; assignments & tests all came together perfectly. I felt that, I learnt a great deal through this course, all of this enhancing my goal of becoming a TEFL teacher. I am truly excited to see what the future holds for me as an English teacher.

I completed 6 months online TEFL course. The TEFL Academy was an excellent choice. Course content is clearly presented and it made me well prepared for teaching job. I will highly recommend it to my friends who are interested in teaching opportunity.
