I very much enjoyed my English course with the TEFL Academy. At first I had a hard time choosing the right option for me but as soon as I signed up with the TEFL Academy, I knew I made the right choice. The combined course was very informative and easy to follow. I got to meet interesting people and it taught me all the basics as well as the more complex subject matters. I now feel more confident to teach and feel excited about my future in TEFL!

The TEFL Academy offers a unique, well-run, excellently organised and administered 120-hour TEFL course.

The course was easy to follow and effective, with near-immediate feedback. End-of-course assignments were graded within the time limit specified, and feedback provided was clear and valuable.

The content covered was good enough for the purposes that a TEFL course serves. I have completed a teaching degree in a different subject area, and the TEFL course was an excellent teacher as to not only the content to be covered when teaching English, but also included methods and advice in terms of teaching management.

For all areas which were not covered in more detail, further resources are provided, including links when possible. This course was, thus, not only well-sourced whilst being completed, but will also prove to be effective in the long run.

If I were to do this course again, I would try to do more of it, more often. As a working woman, I often missed a month of working online due to the work load in real life. I would recommend future students of this course to make a point of doing at least a little bit each day.

Thank you, The TEFL Academy. I am now a better prepared and equipped to be a TEFL teacher internationally.

I had a good experience studying through TEFL Academy. They made the course exciting and I often drifted off daydreaming on how I’d teach on the subject that I was learning about. The course was easy to understand and the guidelines were explained thoroughly every time. I love the way the course was put togehter and the services are always in a friendly and helpful manner.

I chose this course as it encompassed both aspects of online teaching and practical teaching.

The practical sessions were really great, the teaching was fantastic and informative, but also extremely practical in that we had the opportunity to put what we had been taught into practice. Having the chance to teach a lesson to a group of peers was extraordinarily beneficial in terms of receiving feedback and developing confidence.

The online sessions were great in terms of accessibility, as I could complete the course at my own pace. I fell ill during the time period of taking this course and the team were great at helping me extend my course deadline and were just generally extremely helpful. The course content was also in depth, but easy to understand.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this course as a step into your English teaching career!

I was very pleased to have taken the 120 hour TEFL course with the Academy. It opened up all areas of TEFL and provided further resources for future learning. I really enjoyed doing the 10 modules online and the classroom element was introduced in a gentle but productive way. I feel I am capable of taking on a group of students, having completed the 120 hour course.

My experience with TEFL academy was amazing. TEFL has opened new horizons for me in the field of teaching. Doing TEFL with the TEFL academy has provided more opportunities to me , to teach abroad and see the world. TEFL academy is offering internship as well.the tutors have been really nice , they were always available to help. The e-learning portal was really really good I never had to face any problem. If there is a place to do TEFL its the TEFL academy I personally think its the best institution. Thank you

I have really enjoyed studying TEFL through TEFL Academy.

English is not my native language so at the beginning I was full of doubts… Is it really for me? Is my English good enough to teach someone? What if I will spend my money on the course and simply fail?

But on the other hand I really wanted to do it.

I completed on-line course and must admit that it was challenging at times (especially modules including phonetic transcription). I have been studying English for 10 years but on this course I have learnt a lot of new things and definitely developed my skills and abilities. Got great support from tutors and staff marking my assignments. It was very interesting experience and I passed the course with distinction! Well proud of myself;)

Doing a TEFL course has always been something I have wanted to do, so I set myself a goal to complete it within the six months I was given. The course content and user friendliness of the website allowed me to do so in less than six months, considering I have a full-time job as well. I was very impressed with the helpful nature of the call center agents as well feedback on my assignments by my assessor. I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to obtain a teaching qualification. I am beyond happy with the results and also proud to say that against all odds, I passed my certification with a distinction.

The course was professional and thorough from beginning to end. Most impressive was the promptness and help from the tutors. I also found the website to be informative.

This course was excellent I learned so much. The tutors are excellent and give great feedback. I found the material easy to understand and helpful for anyone interested in teaching English. My only feedback would be it takes a lot longer than 6 weeks to complete the course if you work outside the home. Other than that I loved this course!
