The course content focused on the main areas of TEFL and the guidance in lesson planning as well as our instructor in Cambridge were spot on!

Throughout the course, there should have been an easier and a faster way to get feedback – this could have saved a lot of time. It would have also been useful to have access to the course after the 6 months – it will be difficult for me to make future lessons without the information I relied on during the course.

All in all, it was a great experience! I would rate this course as good going towards very good if a few things were to be improved. Thank you and all the best!

I am a full time teacher to students who have English as a first language. I found it very interesting to do this course.

There are many things which come naturally to English speakers- things we never think about, for example, the order of adjectives, I have never even considered that that is something which a non English speaker would have to learn! So I actually learnt a lot about the language I have been teaching for many years.

I found it very worthwhile.

The TEFL academy was a great experience. All their resources are up to date, and not boring or too old school at all. The overall course is very focused on making sure you understand what you just learned. The course has 10 modules but each module consist of 10-15 activities that make sure you understood each page. I really enjoyed it, and would highly recommend to anyone!

I don’t regret taking the decision to do my TEFL course with The TEFL Academy.If I had to say my experience was AMAZING it would definitely be an understatement,It was a SPECTACULAR journey with them.They have a very strong commitment to their students ,great teaching content, exceptional support and great professionalism.You would definitely lose out if you do not choose The TEFL Academy.I highly recommend it.

I’ve just recently completed my course. I must say that I’ve really enjoyed the course. The in class lessons are a big part of the course. I would recommend that to everyone. The lecturers give you so much insight as to what to expect in the rest of the modules as well as how to plan lessons. I just wish we would have spent more time on the lesson planning. As that is a major part of what you as a TEFL teacher will be doing and using. Other than that the course is structured well.

The 120 hour TEFL course that I followed was very interesting and informative. I had no problems following the material as it is well planned out and broke up into modules. I studied at my own pace and was able to take exams when I felt ready. Also, I found some of the material very helpful and informative.Thank you.

As a retiree who would like to volunteer as an English language teacher both at home and abroad, I was reluctant to spend a great deal of money to get a qualification. When I saw this advertised (120hr) at half price, I decided it was time to act. Little did I know how comprehensive and yet rewarding this would be. I only contacted the Academy once for a non-course inquiry. their response was same day, and their feedback on the final assignments was great.

The course content was amazing. I really struggled with the grammar parts (it’s a long time since I’ve had to consider grammar), but the comment that ‘we may never use it again but should know it’ kept me going. Overall, this was a very positive experience that I would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

I think the course was excellent. I have never had any kind of problems during the course, neither technical nor conceptual. The online platform is easy to use and very practical. The contents are professional, a lot of examples are provided and every aspect is well explained. I would have appreciated if more video materials had been included. Taking an online course has turned out to be a good idea for me because I was able to do it whenever it suited me. The quality of feedback was really high with a lot of detailed information given in order to improve. I recommend the TEFL academy!

I had a good experience with the 120-hour online TEFL course. I am currently teaching English in Spain and I found the course content very useful in my current job. Also, it was great learning and working on the class at my own pace. The quizzes after each module made sure you understood the material without being tricky. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get their TEFL certificate through an online course. I did feel like the grading was slightly inconsistent on my two end of class assignments, but that is likely due to the different graders. I think that this course offered great, real-world knowledge and examples that will no doubt help me in my career as an English teacher.

I’m so proud of myself for completing this course! I would recommend doing the classroom course before doing the online course – it helped me alot and gave me a much better understanding when completing the modules.

The course content was very informative and the modules were achievable through instructive content and tests.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and can’t recommend The TEFL Academy enough.
