Picking an institute to obtain a TEFL course can be stressful, and once you have deiced what institute you’re going with, how do you know if their really accredited? Well you can rest assure that The TEFL Academy is the worlds leading TEFL institute, and for various reasons. Starting with the payment process, once you actually paid for the course, its not a waiting game, you literally start immediately… no hassles.

The course content is thorough, which is a very good thing, trust me! You don’t want to be an incompetent teacher.

Secondly the institute is very responsive in every aspect of the business, their email replies are quick, if you have any problems they will phone you and actually help you.

Ultimately, I’m referring anyone who is thinking of doing a TEFL course, to do it with The TEFL Academy, you’ll have a solid qualification and you wont regret it.

Overrall, I really enjoyed doing this course as the tutors and staff were very friendly and helpful. From the start until the end I have had continous support and encouragement and I cant thank the Tefl Academy anymore. The 20 Hour teaching in the classroom in Nottingham was very useful as our tutor explained everything carefully to us and gave us a more deeper insight into how we should deliver lessons as well as planning lessons for Tefl students. The tutors online were very useful as they explained the assignment tasks with additional resources I could use to help me gain a better understanding of what I had to do. These were the best six months of my Educational period. Thank You Tefl Academy….

This course is a fantastic course and really provides you with a good foundation of teaching skills and knowledge. The course was very accessible and all the resources used were always given in links with further resources included. The face to face 20 hours also helped me a lot being able to speak to a tutor in person and was really informative. Overall the course is great, wouldn’t look anywhere else for a similar course.

A really great course. Although at times challenging, the online teaching is very clear and the feedback given for the assignments is very thorough. Also very quick responses when I had certain queries about changing the date of the 20 hour course, however everything sorted out quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend to people wanting to obtain a TEFL certification.

I have just completed my TEFL course and I would recommend The TEFL Academy without a doubt. What I like about this course is that after every module one has to successfully pass a test first before the next module is given. The resources and keywords that are given after every module are very valuable.

I think that the way it is put together is great and very user friendly. I was stuck on my very last assignment and the response, after I opened a ticket query, was very quick and helpful.

It is sometimes a bit tricky to interpret a question as I come from a different county, but that did not hold me back from passing with a 91% average. Thanks for equipping me, TEFL Academy!

I started the TEFL Academy 120 hour course in February, and very quickly established that even though I am a native English speaker, have an AEB A level in English, and a university degree, that I had surprising little understanding of the intricacies of the English language.

The modules on pronunciation and grammar were a challenge, which I would not have appreciated had I not enrolled for the course.

The 20 hour weekend course was very helpful, with the course facilitator giving 1st hand experience and advice on what the student teacher should expect when moving into the field of ELT.

I believe that increasing these 20 hours to 40 hours, with a smaller group of students, would better prepare the learner teacher for the challenge of classroom work.

This would obviously have an impact on the overall cost of the course, but I believe that the committed student would appreciated the additional exposure to, and practice of, teaching as a practical skill.

Overall, I have enjoyed the course, and am looking forward to putting the TEFL Academy education into practice.

The TEFL Academy has provided excellent content for this type of course. The course is really well structured. At no point did I feel too pressured nor did I ever feel unchallenged. Everything needed for the module tests, final exam, and the end of course of assignments was all provided for by the Academy. Overall, the course keeps you intrigued and motivates you to keep going. This is something that is crucial for online courses, as many are easily left for lack of interest.

Definitely recommend this course!

The course material was very relevant and the course itself focused on all aspects of teaching English as a foreign/Second language which is very important. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly, honestly the assistance was amazing. I would highly recommend The Tefl Academy U.K as I feel I’ve made the right choice choosing them and you will too.

I absolutely loved this course. I always thought of completing a TEFL as I’ve always wanted to travel the world and this will give me the opportunity to do so. I started the course in January of this year and completed the course quite quickly. Some aspects were difficult such as the grammar however really really rewarding when you were able to answer the questions. The assignments were extremely independent however as I’m going to university in September this was a great preparation for my studies. 100% recommend this to anyone, the course was brilliant as well, met some lovely lovey people. One of the best things I’ve ever done.
