I took the 120 Hour Advanced International TEFL Course and I appreciate the ease with which I can go through each lesson. It’s organized, easy to follow, and the interactivity of the platform makes it easier as an online course.
I also appreciate the fact that there are video content in addition to just reading texts and concepts.
It would be great though if the course has an offline version where having an internet connection was not required. It would have been so helpful for me over the holidays for example when I had to travel by plane for long hours and couldn’t do the course since there wasn’t an offline version or a way to do the lessons offline. Nevertheless, this was my first TEFL online course and I am quite satisfied with it.
Worthy to note as well is their client service. They would reply promptly and as a user of their platform and learner of their course, that’s very comforting to have. A special thank you to Lisa, who offered a solution to a problem I had encountered. She was really helpful and very accommodating.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the quality of the course as well as the service that the TEFL Institute provides.
