The course is not only deep and wide, it is also giving you a lot of downloadable resources, from videos to books, that might be used in different kinds of classes. The tutor (Ted) is quick and efficient – and practical – with responses. The time that you need to finish the course will depend on your former knowledge. All in all, I’m happy with my choice.

I would recommend the TEFL Educator for anyone wishing to become certified to teach English as a Foreign Language. The program provides access to a vast amount of resources in electronic format plus links to best practices and examples. These resources invaluable to the TEFL educator and it would take a lot of time to gather all these resources independently (assuming a person even knows where to look for them). I was most impressed with the feedback I received after the submission of each lesson. It was constructive, informative and spot-on. In fact, I mentioned at one point that it was among the best feedback I had ever received from submitted work. I especially enjoyed the independence the program afforded me to complete the work on my schedule and on my time line. Not only was feedback superb, I did not have to wait for days upon end to receive the comments. The cost of the program was affordable and entirely reasonable considering the resources and breath of the program. Thank you TEFL Educator for the opportunity to study and become certified through your program!

If you searching take a course TOEFL or TOEIC or another one – so I recommended TEFL Bootcamp center . It’s definitely very useful 140 hour course . Very convenient communication and very useful advice from Ted Tucker of academic director of Bootcamp center. I recommend TEFL Bootcamp. I took the TOEFL, TOEIC and IELTS Exams Certification. All the material was straight forward and easy to understand. The project was helpful to gain experience and to put on a resume/CV. The course is reasonably priced and worth the time and commitment.

I have been teaching now for six months thanks to the 140 hour course.

Feedback and advice regarding the lesson plans and teaching in general were extremely helpful.

The course overall was excellent. The help was great and they never took more than 24 hours to answer me, even weekends! The only thing that I believe needs a rework, is the teaching practice. In my case, I already have some students, so I was able to practice everything I learned, but it could be a completely different scenario if someone else doesn’t have a way to practice.

Now, for the quick answers.

Is it worth it? The quality of the materials, guidelines, and help provided are worth much more what I paid originally.

Is it real? Yes, it is. Just as they state on the webpage, you will receive an online certificate as soon as the course is approved.

What about using the certificate to find an ESL job? So far I’ve used it exclusively for online teaching, and it does work, which leads me to believe that it will also be of great help when applying to a school or training center.
