This was an online course. It was automated, with incomplete instructions. Texts were provided, but some of them could not be saved (unless you “tricked” the system) but others could be — no indication was noticed as to which could and which couldn’t: I wanted to go back and review for a test a few days after getting and studying the material only to then discover that what I had been sent to read was no longer available. Even though seriousteachers is run by a native speaker of English, it seems the course has been written by a non-native. There were numerous errors and ambiguities in the grammar content. The teaching content was better, with some good ideas. However, it was not very deep and was a bit rigid, ignoring a lot of approaches to TEFL.
I had some administrative and computer problems (transferring money and taking the final test and submitting it on time) that were not really the fault of seriousteachers. Nevertheless, the owner bent over backward to get me through these problems successfully.

Amazing course. Pure online as opposed to imposters who are actually just correspondence. Very advanced and incredibly informative and practical material. Customer service is excellent. They answer you the same day. The modern automation of the exam was very refreshing. I received my Diploma in the mail, 4 days after I finished. I recommended the course to many of my friends. Placement through http://www.seriousteachers.com was also an added benefit. Many courses say they have placement but they do not have one as broad and one that actually works
